I know it's hard, but try to stay positive. I had 3 ultrasounds from the time I was 5 weeks until I was 10 weeks because I was having spotting/bleeding and clotting...no cramping or pain through. They told me many times that it was a threatened miscarriage. I am now 19 weeks with an active, healthy baby. Each time I have had an u/s, everything has been fine and we hear the heartbeat loud and clear. Now I feel the baby move daily so that's very reassuring. Hang in there...everyone is different and threatened miscarriage doesn't always mean definite miscarriage. You are in my prayers!

You can bleed more or less having a miscarriage and same with a healthy pregnancy. Everyone is different. The only thing you can do is stay positive and hope for the best. To make you feel better with my last pregnancy I bled longer than that pink/brown/red/clots/cramps and had a healthy pregnancy...soo just take it easy and if it was meant to be it will! Good luck hun!

A threatened miscarriage means that there is cause for concern. It doesn't mean that you are most likely going to miscarry.

I had a threatened miscarriage in October, they told me it means you most likely are going to miscarry sooner or later. They told me it was a threatened miscarriage when I was spotting turns out the baby died a few days after at 8 weeks but I didn't actually miscarry until I was supposed to be 11 weeks, they had to give me medication and a few weeks later a D&C. But don't worry to much, a threatened miscarriage doesn't always result in a miscarriage. Mine was because there was a bloodclot behind the placenta and when it moved it cut off the baby's nutrients.
