I work long days and really don`t have too much time to eat. I eat about one time a day and usually have a salad and some fruit but am gaining weight. Can anyone recommend a good weight loss drink or something that I can do at work? I`m highly active and lift 75+lbs non stop at work and I guess it`s all the stress I`m under cause I`m gaining weight and I`ve never had a problem before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I work 10 hour shifts 5 days a week plus drive 3 hours on top of that so it has to be quick and easy :)

I eat every 3 to 4 hrs and small breakfast, snack, small lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I lost 5 lbs in 1 week. My best friend lost 25lbs in about 3 months and her mom lost over 50 lbs.
