Should we move?

We have an opportunity to move into a two bedroom, two floor, townhouse. The rent would be cheaper but our power bill would go up plus we would have to pay a co-op fee. Right now we are in a VERY cramped two bedroom apartment. This place has two floors and almost 200 more square feet. We are stuck though in making a decision because of how high the cost of moving would be....what do you think? We originally applied for a 4brdm but they are very hard to come by...so moving in would also give us a foot in the door for when a 4bdrm comes up.

jastinel - 705 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) if you can afford townhome i would go for it,i live in a condo/townhome and i am ready to move from it ,i dont like it at all,it has alot of perks included in the co-op fee but i dont like it coz of that and also there is no place for my son to play like his own private backyard, its not for me but who is to say its not right for you if you can afford it and its bigger and better theres your answer good luck

babylovegp - 705 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Budget. You might need to put together an updated one. List all your current expenses and add any more expenses you think will come by living in the townhouse. While you work on the updated version, you might notice some areas of expense you can try to cut. If you can handle the new budget in the townhouse, I say go for it. Good luck!!
