Malik Mommy - 1348 days ago Ok thank you all. I have been so miserable that I was hoping it was a sign. I guess I'll keep waiting...

cadi - 1349 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hey honey I'm 36 weeks preg now and have had the same thing! I've had it three times this trimester, once a few weeks back, once last week and once the week before that! I had painful gas pains all day and then was up all night with nausea, chronic diarrhea and a fever. My doctor came to the conclusion after some lab testing that it was just a virus that was going round and that because of my weakened immune system the bug was having trouble getting out of my system. Just try to eat toast, crackers, hashbrowns or anything full of carbs and drink heaps of water it will pass. It can be a sign of labour, but I'm guessing that because of the fever you've just got a similar virus to what I had. Good luck :)

6girlsplus1 - 1350 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Sounds more like you're getting sick. Although the body does tend to "purge" itself before labor through loose bowels and sometimes vomiting, a fever is a sign of infection, like the flu the stomach bug. Just take it easy and drink lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated.
