Okay, so I`ve heard that the higher the heartbeat, chances of a Girl, and the lower, Boy. I`m not sure if I`m much of a believer. (I don`t need an explanation or anything:)) But, what do you guys think?? My Sons was in the 150s and this one was 167 at 9 weeks.

emgirl225 - 1804 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) The Old Wives tales that I did find true was one of the chinese gender charts not exactly sure which one since their are so many, but one of them was dead on w/all my kids, my stomach is very hairy this time w/boy not hairy w/my daughter! i craved orange juice w/my son and im usually a very big sweets person and I pregnant w/my son I dont crave sweets at all ever, my son is carrying much lower, and I felt I had an intuition and just knew also my hubby felt he knew and my mom was buying boy things and bought an ornament that said Mason on it long before I even knew the sex! I did the intelligender test and it was right also I know 4 other girls who did it and theirs were all right!

katiea - 1804 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) they say that the heartbeat from 12wks onwards is what u go by. all my boys were around the 150's after 12 weeks, i cant remember what my daughter was but this one i am preg with now is 170 bpm at 12wks

emgirl225 - 1804 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I dont think that theory is true bc my son was the same about 167 at 9 weeks and everyone was like oh its a girl and NOPE he is defintely a HE! His heart rate has pretty much stayed 154 and above and I am now 27 weeks!

Proud Mommy of a lil girl and lil boy - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my daughters alway stayed right around 145 and my son is 160-170 :)

jerbear03 - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) In the early stages of my pregnancies the HB's were pretty high, as I got further along, they slowed down... I have 2 boys and both HB's were in the 135 range...

brittany weaver - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) It's not true. My baby's heart beat was fast and it was a boy.

kelboo - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My baby started at 165... then I found out that my LO was a boy! LOL Now hes under 140s

k.harton - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My daughers heartbeat was over 160 during the entire pregnancy; my son was under 155...

kristeen - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my daughters was 157 and 160 at my last appt. at 21 weeks :)

youngmama - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my sons heartbeat was always between 130-145 at every appointment. don't know if that theory is true or not but I've heard the chinese gender chart is pretty good, worked for me anyway and a lot of others I have talked to.

hotpotaaaaato - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) With my son I'm about to have (hopefully!), his heart rate was 174 at 8 weeks, and 169 at 10 weeks.... and gradually went down at each appt. Now he's usually right around 140. I didn't document with my girls that early on, but I know in the end with my second girl she was always in the 130s. She was a surprise gender at birth and threw us off thinking she'd be a boy because of the heartrate, so no I don't believe in that wives tale either. good luck!

hayley-france - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) My daughter heartbeat was consistently between 130 and 145. My sons is always between 150 and 160 so I don't believe it.

JadieLadie - 1805 days ago Well, to be honest... There's a 50/50 chance of any of those tests of being right. It's either a Boy or a Girl. lol Any other bizarre tricks, people? lol

JadieLadie - 1805 days ago Yeah, there are a bunch of cute wives tales that some really do hold on to. I am definitely a non believer after reading that. lol

Halle-Jane - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hi hun, being that you are in only week 11, the heart beat can change. My babies heart beat was 169 BPM at week 10/11. But now I'm 16 weeks, it's gone down to 143 BPM and I'm having a boy. If you want to try other guesses at knowing the gender. The red cabbage gender test and baking soda test was right for me. Maybe you could try it? If you type it in on google, you should get some help showing you how to do it :) All the best x

kittyomo - 1805 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) my son was 169 at 18 weeks and stayed round the 170 mark, now im pregnant with a girl and she is 130-140 so i don't believe the old wives tale
