when i was in labor and pushing, we heard a very loud POP and the doc said that i had `popped my tailbone`. does anyone really know what this means?? i was too excited about my new baby than asking about it. : ( it was super painful for the first few days after delivery. i could barely get up, walk, or roll over in bed. to this day about 2 and a half weeks after delivery, i`m still in some pain when i sit down. did anyone else `pop their tailbone` or know how long until it stops hurting ??

srkennedy847 - 1799 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Hey there...I'm a massage therapist, & I work at a chiropractic clinic. I'd highly recommend finding a good chiro (preferrably with on-site massage therapist), & they can adjust u right back n2 place. Most insurance companies cover these services, btw. ;-)

I heard a loud popping noise and it was my pubic bones separating. till this day (2 months pp) its still separated. i cant walk normal. i have a slight limp and cant lay on my side or turn over to my side. def go to a doctor n get x rays done to determine whats really wrong and where that popping noise came from. im going to see an orthopedic dr. since my bones havent fused back together. im scared i might need surgery.

babybrookes - 1799 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) sounds like my problem with my hip, sounds like its popped out position, not dislocated or anything just moved to a position where it shouldnt have done my hips out of position and i need it popping back im like you i cant move some times i cant lie on my right side im in pain constantly its horrible if you see your doc they will probably refer you to a chiropractor who will give you heat therapy on it first to loosen the muscles to make it easier for the bone to move and he will kist probably move it back into place it doesnt hurt at all just uncomfy lol you will hear a pop and thats that done im having mine done next month on my hip and my pelvis again lol i had it with jake and ryan so its not new to me but definatly sounds like its just popped out of place xxxxx hope this helped
