i am in so much pain recently and from the research im doing it sounds like it might be this SPD thing...basically i feel like i pulled a muscle in my vagina or had alot of rough sex. when i move or sit up from a laying down position it is so painful..even walking and putting on pants/panties is becoming very difficult. im only 28 weeks so i have a long way to go and i still work full time...i need some relief! alot of ladies have recommended maternity support belts and im wondering if anyone has any recommendations in terms of brands or types? i and my sore lady parts thank u in advance!

rynze - 340 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) i too starting having the same pains down there the exact same way you are at around 28weeks and it hurts like hell to get up from laying down. i hate the feeling i am 32weeks now and i still feel the pain but not as bad but as agape said its suppose to be helpful for a less painful birth. i hope so becuz i am trying a nautral birth this time. i would not get a belt probably would be a waste of money.

agape - 340 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I just want to tell you that you are not alone suffering the SPD. i have it too and started from about 28 weeks too. Now i am over 35 weeks. I just learned living with it. At first i felt it much worst but now i feel better it is still there but i do not know if it is my body that just got used to it or it is less painful. My ob told me that when having SPD there is a chance that labour is less painful. Sorry but i do not have recommendaitions for maternity support belts. I just want to tell you that time flies and you will soon be holding the baby in your hands. I know how hard it is especially to put on pants and turn around in bed.
