I took a HPT and it was positive lmp puts me at 6 weeks, now I`m having really bad cramping. It`s Saturday here so I can`t see a doctor just contemplating going to the ER I`m worried cause the pain feels like its coming fro my ovaries. What should I do?

Update: I went to the ER with a lot more pain they kept me for 7hrs couldn't tell me what was going on and sent me home, next day I got a call saying come in for an ultrasound. He told me he could see a gestational sack and yolk but unsure of a fetal pole with a slight bleed to one side of the uterine wall then he checked my ovaries and said I see why your in pain there is a cyst on your left ovarie 2inches by 2inches. I have to go back tomorrow to talk to a gyno and disguss a plan. I'm not really relijous

Round ligament pain should only be annoying, but if it really really hurts, then it could be eptopic. Then I'd go to the ER.

No clots or bleeding, just sharp crampy pain.

Cramping is pretty normal in Early pregnancy .. Are you bleeding/clots?

It sounds like ligament pain to me. The ligaments supporting your uterus are being streched out and it hurts! I went to the er for it too with my first pregnancy.

no reason to be scared.. i had lots of cramping when i was at that point of the pregnancy, i massaged where it hurt and the pain eased over the next few days.. i'm sure its just implantation pain sometimes a little blood too. dont stress about it... although i know how hard it is not to worry about every little thing i've had 5 and freaked out about everything with each of them...LOL

It could be a cyst, or an ectopic pregnancy, or it could just be cramping. I would take some Tylenol (safe to take), if it doesn't let up, go to the ER.

Any bleeding? Go if you start bleeding otherwise cramping is normal in the beginning!
