The doctor can prescribe you ZOFRAN! It works great :) I am 17 weeks and still use it from time to time! The natural things you can do is... Crackers, Coke (beleive it or not this actually helps), French Fries always help me, Ginger ale, Preggie pops from motherhood or babies r us. I hope this helps! I hope you start feeling better!

Soda crackers beside your bed eat before you get up, I used that for my second and it worked wonders.

I found that I only really got super nauseous when I let myself get too hungry. So I ate small meals and snacks throughout the day so I wouldn't feel sick anymore. Ginger ale worked sometimes for me but fresh lemon in water worked the best! The lemon water to me basically eliminated it all together! Also, I started to take my prenatals at night before I went to bed so I would sleep through the nausea...Good luck!

this time ive found ginger ale, celery and eating more carb/protein snacks (like toast w/cream cheese) has helped curb sickness. definitely dont drink on an empty stomach or let yourself get to the point of feeling starving. hope this helps!

I don't know if it works for everyone, but I discovered mint and it worked wonders for me! I was at work one day and so miserable like always, and my friend gave me a piece of gum and before I knew it I was laughing and talking and it hit me that I didn't feel sick at all...then it hit me that it was mint gum and I had heard somewhere before (don't remember where), that mint can soothe a stomach...so I bought a bag of peppermints and sucked on them a lot and it helped a lot! What helped even MORE...my mom bought me a bag of cuties (do you know what those are...like super yummy little mini oranges)...and I ate one one day and instantly felt a million times better...I talked to my doctor and he said that citrus was very commonly known to make nausea go away. (for some reason, orange juice did NOT work for me...only the cuties worked!)...I recommend cuties over peppermint...the peppermint worked great at TIMES but at other times the sweetness in my mouth didn't help any at all...I think my sis said that with peppermint it was something in the smell?? I actually have no idea WHY it worked but it usually did! Good luck! (((those were the only two things that helped me at all! b6 be careful with...talk to you doc and get a dosage...someone recommended that to me so I went and bought some not realizing that there were different amounts you could buy and when I realized it I called my doc and good thing I hadn't taken any yet because the amount I got was WAY too mucH!..but even when I fixed it it didn't work :(...even ginger ale just made my stomach worse...I think it's because the pop was too sweet..like the peppermints were at times...I have heard that eating just a TINY TINY piece of actual raw ginger can take it away instantly, but I never tried that theory!) Good luck!

With my last pregnancy i had to go to the hospital for severe dehydration and I was advised by my doctor to have 8 small meals a day and lots of fluid. Seems to be working well this time too. You can also try vitaminB, any good pregnancy vitamin should contain it :)
