I have been having cloudy urine on and off lately for the last few weeks. Since i hit my second trimester, when the uterus is supposed to go up and out and off the bladder for a little while it seems the need to go is just horrid all the time. I have to not drink before bed as I’m too tired to get up in the middle of the night to go pee. By time i wakeup in the morning. I can’t stand strait it hurts so damn bad. I don’t hurt while i pee. Maybe from an over stretched bladder, but not like a UTI usually feels. I’ve had one before when i was 18, so i know what it is. It doesn’t feel like that. So I don’t know what to think...I have started drinking cranberry juice again religiously to keep my system clean and the acid helps get rid of whatever bacteria there may be. I’m just lost here. I have a dr. apt. Tuesday and i will ask again. They never called me with the results of the lab they sent out. They told me no news is good news. Therefore I am still stumped as to what is going on. It doesn’t bother me too much, But it concerns me a little..

SPCSchofieldsWifey - 298 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) Oh yeah I just thought of something else that happened with my pregnancies with my boys...I remember feelings a sharp pain going kind of from me belly button to my pubic bone and it was so painful that I couldn't stand up straight, as you said...turned out it was how my babies were positioned on my bladder sometimes...if that's the case for you try and get your LO to move into a different position and see if that helps :)

SPCSchofieldsWifey - 298 days ago Rating: 0 (0 votes) I have had that happen before...after I had my youngest son I felt like I had a UTI and it turned out that I didn't, the doctor told me I had bacteria in my urine and there wasn't anything I could take for it as it was something that would go away on it's own but they did prescribe me something for the pain...you just have to drink alot of water and drink some cranberry juice...make sure it's 100% cranberry though, not the cranberry juice cocktsil...eat yogurt with live active cultures to put more good bacteria in your system, and I know it's a big pain in the butt to get up in the middle of the night but you need to drink alot before bed and make sure you get up and drink after you pee in the night as well, you want to pee as much as possible to flush out your system, so if you have to do that for a couple of nights to get rid of it it's worth it to get rid of the discomfort...it doesn't help you to not pee at night, if you think about it, not peeing for 8-12 hours will just hold all that bad bacteria in and keep the problem going....I hope this advice helps and you get some relief soon, goodluck!
