I'm having sharp shooting pains in my breasts, not all the time though just randomly, and it really hurts.

Discomfort:Breast feeding is almost as painful as labor. The first few days have made my nipples bleed and scab over.
Treatment or advice:I saw a laction consultant who said that I am doing it right, but I have unusually sensitive skin and my baby has a very strong latch.
