Discomfort: shoulder

Seriousness:Quite bad
Discomfort:Sharp persistant pain in my shoulder. Hard to ignore sometimes if I change positions it helps but usually I just have to wait it out.
Treatment or advice:shifting position can alleviate it but nothing seems to get rid of it, it goes on its own
