Discomfort:	its a discomfort that feels like a menstural cramp but is only concentrated on the right side of my belly bottom. Therefore its more like a cramp and it is quite an annoying one.

flipping sore. just under my cs scar... had the pain before i was pregnant.. kinda had it on and off since first birth(5years)but got worse after getting pregnant.

Discomfort:	I have had 2 previous c/s and since just before I got pregnant I have been having pain under the scar, often when I sneeze or move suddenly, its like a stabbing pain.

I'm 14 weeks pregnant and Ever since I found out I was pregnant I been having a lot of pain in both ovaries around the whole pelvic area. My friends say it's just normal. I would say not to worry.

I just found out that I am pregnant for my 1st baby. 3 days before I found out and until now, i am having pains on my right ovary. Everyone tells me it is normal. Should i be worried.

Discomfort:	Sharp pain that comes and goes quickly when I move to fast or sneeze(ugh annoying.
Treatment or advice:	I pull my leg up when I sneeze it looks weird but it works!

Hi girls, i am 37 weeks pregnant, and at many stages of my pregnancy - right from 16 weeks, i felt a sharp pain on my lower right abdomin when walking, making sudden movements, or even just the slightest movement. Later on i got this same pain on my lower left side. When i asked my midwife about it, she told me this was just a normal part of pregnancy, and she said it was especially more common in women who had small/skinny builds before pregnancy. It was just my ligaments stretching to accommodate my growing uterus and baby.

All my pregnancy books say that it's probably round ligament pain your feeling. I've been getting it since I was about 11 weeks and I'm 17 now. I guess it's suppossed to go away soon because my uterus will get large enough that my pelvic bones will take some of the weight and the ligaments will be under less stress. We're supposed to move slowly and support our belly while coughing or sneezing. Kinda hard to do when you roll over in your sleep without thinking and it feels like you've been kicked in the guts. Oh well, the joys of being pregnant.

Im 10 weeks and I feel a shorp pain in my right side abdomin.It hurts when I make a sudden move.I didnt have this problem with my son.So it scared me at first.Than I talk to my dr. and he said its my uterus shifting.

Discomfort:	The pain usually dosent come untill Ive been asleep for a few hours. Then when I wake up in the morning I have a cramping in my uterus like its being stretched out. It happens almost every morning. its been happening since about 6 or 7 weeks or so. Im 11 weeks and some days now. its not so much now

i too have been having a pressure/slight pain on my right side i only feel it late afternoon/evening and feel much better in the morning....i wonder if any of are doing ok now if this was normal or not this really doesnt answer anything just tells us other people feel the same way but does not make me feel any better

Well, we are waiting to find out if im preggers again... thanks Durex Condoms... you work. really. My uterus is hurting like mild period pains. even now its like a dull pain in the middle under my belly button. My first child is 14moths now and i don't recall this !! maybe i do... porridge brains.

I have been having slight cramping pains, low down like a pulled muscle and also a little sharper pain on my right hand side. I was feeling worried but have read many many other women who are having the same feeling - I think it's normal.

I have just found out that I am pregnant.I have an annoying discomfort on my right lower side;like a small knot. It is ONLY on my right side. Sometimes it is sharp but still dull.I had a miscarriage last summer and surgery to remove an ovarian cyst so I'm a little on edge.Is this normal??Please answer someone.

Hi gals, I'm hoping that I am week 4. Should know in couple days. Mild nausea for 5 days and felt like passing out 2 days ago. Today for maybe 30 min, mild period-like dull pain in abdomen. had MC last summer this time so reading tons to reassure. Thanks for the 'stretching out' info... I forgot to mention that I am at the end of 6 weeks and have had the sensation since a week after conception..... I was told not to worry unless there is spotting. It is just your body stretching.

I get the exact pain - aching. I'm asleep and usually from around 1 to 3 am the aching wakes me up. I also get it periodically throughout the day. I spoke with some pregnant friends and most of them they said that had that sensation.

I have an anoying ache on the right side of my stomach, it's not there all day but i wonder what it is, when i move fast or lift something it bothers me more. I'm about 3-4 weeks pregnant and also have a little bit of spotting. Was wondering if anyone has the same. hi i am 8 weeks pregnant and experiance the same thing, minor cramps well today i experianced some thing unusual, I was sitting down for like 30 to 45 minutes and when i finally got up , my abdominal are was hurting it was like sharp pain. thank god it went away after i started walking.

It is in fact being 'stretched' out. Your stomach is changing and growing to support the child growing inside of you... some people get it on one side others on the other side! But be sure it is not something more dangerous!

Discomfort:	Sharp pains under my stomach area going down to the right and left side of the vagina. It is very hard to sleep at night. If I turn on my right or left side it hurts. Even laying flat on my back it feels like something is pulling, so I will have to have my legs propped up. It started on Sat. 9/29 and stop. Then it can on strong Sunday and has not stopped since. Have anyone else had this probblem?
Treatment or advice:	I went to the doctor on 10/1/07 and my doctor said it was my round ligaments in the uterus strecthing. He said it should stop by the 20th week, but for now take tylenol. I'm not trying to take any mediciane during my pregnancy...I am dealing w/ the pain.

I feel you here this is my first pregnancy and I went to the dr about it last week it was literally preventing me from sleeping, he prescribed me vicodin and said he thought it was a bladder infection can you beliefe that! needless to say the urine test came back negative for infection and the pain is still there, I don't think its my uterus stretching thats a whole different kind of hurt. if you get any good advice on this please let me know. This past few weeks I've been feeling some movements in my uterus (i think). The feeling is rather ticklish. It kinda vibrates. I'm not sure why. No sign of pregnancy yet though my last menses was on Dec 24 2007.

Discomfort:	between a cramp and a 'pull'; similar to a period cramp, but has a longer 'hang-time' and makes me want to support the area. comes in waves throughout the day.

Discomfort:	For the last week and a half i have been getting these sharp pains like a needle prick...in/on/or near my right overy. It is annoying sometimes slightly painful but nothing to bad...Has me a little worried tho...It could also be described as a sharp pinch.

Discomfort:	hi everyone, i need your help!i've been having pains in my lower right pelvis, its an annoying pain that comes and goes, almost like pinching! Background on me, I had laproscopy last april and they found a slight endometrioses. I also had been taking clomid since im trying to get pregnant. NOW i have this pain and i was suppose to have my period last july 23...but missed it...could i be pregnant? what does this pain mean? Please help me...

Discomfort:	Very uncomfortable day and night. Almost feels like a pulling or stretching of miscle/ligament. Happens when I move or twist. At night, when I turn over it is very noticable. Was pretty painful when I reached down to pull up my heavy comfortor one cold night. Pain goes away fairly quickly and isn't felt while sitting or being sedentary
Treatment or advice:	would love to hear a possible treatment.

I was having similiar pains, feeling kind of achy in my lower abdomen, with a sharp pain in the morning if I got up too quickly. My OB said this is normal so trying not to worry, have found that getting up slowly eliminates sharp morning pains....

Discomfort:	It has been 3 yrs since appendix surgery, and the slowly growing baby is pulling on the scar tissue inside and out, and it is going to get worse being that I have 24 more weeks to go...

Discomfort:	It has been 3 yrs since appendix surgery, and the slowly growing baby is pulling on the scar tissue inside and out, and it is going to get worse being that I have 24 more weeks to go...

Discomfort:	i'm between 5-7 weeks depending on when i concieved. my LMP was close to the end of june. a couple of weeks ago i had some pain on my left side in the ovary are similar to menstral cramps. it has continued but only happens when i have a full bladder or when i have an orgasm. after urinating or resting for a few minutes the pain goes away. just this week, i felt the same pain for one day in my right side off and on like a throbbing cramping pain, but my right side is not hurting any more, it's still my left side. anyways, i found out that i was pregnant this week, and i explained the pain to my doctor and they are going to have my hcg levels get tested. i'm hoping things are fine. if this kind of pain is normal or if anyone else has experienced this, please let me know.
Treatment or advice:	getting hcg levels checked, then ultrasound to see what's going on.

Discomfort:	I only felt it once but It was a sharp pain. Almost as if someone was taking a dull knife and trying to stab me with it. But I only felt it once and I was trying to change positions in bed.(ligament pain?)
Treatment or advice:	Dont have a current treatment. If it returns I will be notifying my OB

Discomfort:	This discomfort I noticed first time on my 22 weeks scan. While the ecographer was pressing the pain became stronger. Is a pain somewhere under my layers of skin. Now if I press in the area or I turn around on my side the pain comes back momentarily. The doctor says is probably muscular. I had my right ovary removed 2 years ago by laparoscopy and I am thinking it might be due to the operation

Treatment or advice:	If it gets really bad (which isn't too often) I will take a tylenol because that's safe. I try to tough it out though.

Discomfort:	it feels like someone is stabing me and some times it is like cramping other times it can take me to my knees. i have 2 clotes and i am also on bed rest for the next 10 weeks.
Treatment or advice:	my doc said to stay in bed mostly only get up to pee or eat. witch is hard to do with a 2 1/2 year old. but doing the best i can. it helps when i take a hot bath and then lay proped up and on my left side.
