Discomfort: just recently

Discomfort:I just started noticing this really sharp pain in my upper right side, it feels like a bad bruise but comes and goes. I mainly hurts when I've been up for a while but sometimes when I just get out of bed. It sort of feels like the baby is constantly pressing against the area but I can feel the baby in a different spot normally. Sometimes the pain gets so bad that it hurts to walk or even stand.
Treatment or advice:Doctor at first tried to tell me it was normal and to just take tylenol but that didn't work. any advice as to what it is?

I had pain like this and they had to check my gull-baldder. The pain was worse after I ate. They ended up removing it a week later. Hope all goes well for you.

Discomfort:She's kicking my lower right ribs all the time and it hurts...it hurts sometimes so much that I actually though she had got her foot between my ribs there for min! I immediatly pushed back and she eased up...only a few more months to go!
Treatment or advice:Push back in that spot!

Discomfort:It's like an airbubble that you can't pass. The Dr. says it's probably the `Round Ligament`. Well, it hurts so bad now in my 36 wk and it's preventing me to sleep. I will say that if I lay on the right side and just hold very still, I can doze off for a little while but if I move it's very painful.

Discomfort:there is a stabbing pain, it seems like it gets worse after i eat a lot. fine in the morning, but towards the end of the day it's HORRIBLE. can't seem to get comfortable or make it go away. i don't know if it is because when i eat there is less room so baby pushes head up there? i feel him kicking down below my belly button so i don't think he is kicking there!!

Discomfort:I have a sharp pain under my right ribs. I sometimes also have pain on the right side of my back in the same area. Any ideas on pain relief? Why it could be such a sharp pain?
