Discomfort: halfway b/w shoulder and breast - to centre of bra strap

Discomfort:Lump about the size of a broad bean seed, comes and goes a bit and hurts when pressed, and at times throbs when no pressures - that's how I first noticed it

Discomfort:I am getting shooting nerve pain, especially on the left side of my body and in my chest, shoulder, and arm. I get the same sensation of pain in the pubic area on the skin.
