I keep on getting sinus. I have tried steam, humidifier and hot lemon and honey drinks but they don't give me much comfort. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've been getting really lightheaded when I go from sitting/laying down to stand. More so in the evening. Things go black! In good shape, exercise, eat fairly well. Is this normal?

this is a bit normal you may want to see your doctor though to conferm that just to let him/her know what is going on...just make sure you dont get up to fast, orm eat to fast this some times causes it, but yes definetly go see your dr. to make sure there is nothing else going on!
I recall having really dry sinus passages that prompted me to go to the Dr and thats how i found out I was 6 weeks pregnant!
My Dr told me that some women get it early one due to the hormones going craxy!
Treatment or advice:
I was prescribed some nasal spray called Rhino. Its the only one pregnant women can have. It worked well! Things got better after week 10.
Stuffed up like a cold but just in my nose and sinus'. Causes headaches, constantly blowing my nose.

This is my 3rd pregnancy. With the last two it was bad...but not this bad!!! I am constantly blowing my nose and tearing through the next box of kleenex. I was told that it is due to excess hormones that swell the nasal passage. Few more months and it's all done!
Constant sinus/ blocked or runny nose - comes and goes over a period of weeks.
This may be a result of a super-sensitive sense of smell; or heightened allergies due to your pregnancy.
Treatment or advice:
Be sure to get lots of fresh air; stay away from second-hand smoke and dust. Sensitivity to pet hairs might also be a reason. If the irritation continues, your doctor may suggest a homeopathic nose spray. Chewing gum has also proven helpful (perhaps the mint/menthol helps clear the sinus). Increase your water intake - a lot of fluid can be lost via a runny nose and/or over-production of mucus/ phlegm.
