Discomfort:My hands have been going numb on and off and the right one feels sore -- the muscholes feel tight.
Treatment or advice:I was told this would go away after I give birth. That is the only real solution.

Discomfort:I swear pregnancy has given me carpel tunnel in my wrist. I get this sharp stinging in my wrist sometimes when I grab something. It hurts so bad I drop what I have in my hands.
Treatment or advice:I have to stretch my fingers out, and shake my wrist. Sometimes when its bad enough I have to ice them, and where wrist braces.

Discomfort:It started with a tingling and numbness in my thumb which eventually gave way to a pain, especially when I flex my right thumb. After a week the pain is now in my wrist and effecting my range of motion and activities like opening jars.
