I get the same pains on my left side in the back if I sit for too long. I take care of it by leaning over to the right for a while or laying down on my left side with my left arm stretched over my head.

omg it started when I turned 20 weeks and its whenever im laying down and sometimes when i attempt to get up it gets so much worse...getting into different positions just wasn't helping and it probably lasted a good 25 to 20 minutes!!!

ive had the same pains, minepains are from standing at a cash register, it really helps to pay attention to your posture, make sure your standing with your back straight because sticking your tummy forward (even though our baby bumps are so adorable) it puts alot of pressure on your back muscles. also the fact that it is on the right side is probibly due to the fact that your right handed? if your using your right side alot of reaching for stuff bending it all puts extra stress. do cat stretches and try to be aware of you back posture as much as possible. also make sure your sleeping with a pillow between you legs to straighten your back and one under your belly because once again the belly puts alot of weight on your back.

I get the same pain have you tried the catback stretch? Thats what I do
horrible muscle back pain, especially when trying to lay down flat. Also when trying to do certian waist turn movements.
Treatment or advice:
My doctor told me to sleep with a pillow under my back, which helped. And to take tylenol if pain presist because it is probably a muscle spasm, which can't be treated harsly during pregnancy.
I keep getting dull pains that come and go but with it comes a warm hot tingly sensation. I cant explain it any better than that but it makes me feel like there may be something wrong with my kidney, who knows doc doesnt listen to me when I try to talk to him about it. The feeling may be dull but it still hurts and it worries me because kidney failure runs in my family.
Treatment or advice:
Laying on the side where it hurts feels a little better. The pressure helps and sometimes if I dont think about it the pain goes away. Also a heat pad or icy hot works but only for a little while.
It's a dull ache from time to time whiich gets bad at work because the chair i'm using isn't comfortable. My whole lower back is sore for most parts of the day, i even have to take pain killers (prescribed) to relieve the pain.
Treatment or advice:
The doctor said i should rest more and if the pain gets a bit much, i should take the pain meds. I normally sit up straight to ease the pain at times it works but up to a point where i get tired then i slouch.

I AM JUST 22 WEEKS PREGOO I HAVE HAD 3 KIDS B-4 BUT THIS ITME I FEEL SOOO MUCH BACK PAIN ALONG WITH THE OTHER PAIN MOST FEEL WHICH SUCKS!
I thought I had a kidney infection or stones, it hurt where my right kidney is.
Treatment or advice:
turns out there is no infection or stones. they said the baby maybe putting pressure on the ureter which the urine flows through and backing it up causing this pain.
