Discomfort: knees

Discomfort:Both knees hurt when I squat down, stand up or sit on the floor. Even sitting down on the toilet hurts. This didn't start until the third trimester or so. It feel like what I would imagine arthritis feels like.

I get discomfort in my knees too.Especially when im lying down.Ive tried using pillows and this helps a little but nothing really stops the ache. I dont know why this is.I guess its where the ligaments are loose and when relaxing its pulling on them.
