Discomfort:Constipation throughout entire pregnancy.
Treatment or advice:Doctor prescribed PrimaCare prenatal vitamins. They have a stool softener in them, plus it soothes that terrible nausea caused by other prenatal vitamins. I strongly recommend you try iy.

Sometimes during Bowel Movements I get these very sharp pains in and around that area, Sometimes I caould be just sitting and get this pain its not in my stomach at all just the anus area. to the point where I cant walk it hurts so bad. Could it be like a char. horse or something

Discomfort:Hemmrhoids. The ones I'm talking about are external. Passing hard stool causes blood vessels in the anus to tear and they form blood clots called hemmrhoids. Can be pretty painful when passing stools, or even sitting down. They also itch like crazy!
Treatment or advice:witch hazel pads to keep the area cool and clean, stool softners to keep the hard stool from coming back, and hemmrhoidal cream for the itching and burning.

Discomfort:I used to feel the baby kick up in my stomach but now it seems that everytime she moves, I feel it in my rectum. The doc said she is lying very low. Has anyone else felt kicks more in their rectum? It's very uncomfortable. I miss seeing my stomach move. I don't want to watch my butt move when she kicks!!!

LOL! I don't mean to laugh, because this pain is annoying. Plus, I though I was crazy, I can't believe other people have this. TO me, it feels like I have a ton of bricks sitting down there, major pressure.

Discomfort:Hemmoroids that are so terrible it's got me in tears when I roll over at night. Although I am past my due date, I feel fine EXCEPT the hemmoroids.
Treatment or advice:Ice, cream, witch hazel is what I have tried.

Discomfort:I feel as if I have a knife shoved up my bottom. It is not on the outside, but it is on the inside.
Treatment or advice:I get on all fours, this seems to help.

I have been constipated all pregnancy long and I have found that plain old rectal suppitories work the best. Insert and let it sit for AT LEAST 1/2 hour. It will feel like you're going to go the instant you put it in, but that feeling will subside and the longer you leave it in, the longer it has to soften what is in your rectum and the easier you will have a BM. Trust me, it has been a lifesaver through both of my pregnancies.

Discomfort:Pain when my butt chicks open .sitting using the toilet and a burn sensation when urinating after maybe 2 hours. The actual cramps started and they hurt they been like 3 now probably an hour apart and its 2 pulse sensations back to back like a strong cramps but from my anus

Scared me when I was in the shower like OWWW what is THAT?! Had to get a handheld mirror and then GOOGLE it! Pregnancy sucks sometimes!!

i am 27 weeks and I found a hard painful lump about the size of a candy foil easter egg right beside my anus, not on or in it but beside it. It is not connected to the anus. It hurts with I wipe, or walk or sit. I just noticed it today.
