| Seriousness: | Quite bad |
| Discomfort: | I'm getting this feeling in my throat that feels like I kinda threw up but it didn't make it all the way up. It burns really bad. I thought about it and my sister had told me that she had the same thing. Heart Burn, Acid Reflux, Indegestion. |
| Treatment or advice: | All I can say is TUMS! I called my doctor because my sister said it was ok to take them while pregnant and they said yes. They started me off on 2. That's all I needed. I was gone right away. What a relief! |

| Discomfort: | I can't breathe! I get so dizzy, but it feels like my lungs are paper sacks! |
| Treatment or advice: | I have asthma, so I have an inhaler. Dr. says it's okay when I need it, but the biggest help is FRESH air and rest. Stuffy rooms aggravate my breathing and stairs are a beast to climb. Take it easy, get plenty of rest and breathe! |
