Discomfort:It is a sharp pain that starts on my sides and works down around the bottom of my belly around and back up the other side. And soimetimes when i lay on my left side it just stays on my right side and the bottom of my belly down around my pelvis

Discomfort:Stretching of the muscles makes the ligaments very sore at times when sleeping at night.
Treatment or advice:Lightly massage the sides when they act up. Also flip from one side to the other when sleeping as gently as possible.
