| Discomfort: | I felt like I had a heaviness in the pelvic area. It seemed to worsen when I would walk. |
| Treatment or advice: | The doctor said the baby is sitting lower than it should be at this point and is causing alot of pressure. He said just to take it easy and avoid lifting heavy weight. |

| Discomfort: | I have been having some mild cramps that feel like menstrual cramps fo a few weeks now. I am 6 weeks today and I mentioned this to my Dr and he said it could be just normal due to stretching and changes in the uterus. Very wooried as I have had 2 miscarriages consecutively with similar symptoms. I also have no syptoms other than tender breasts. Not starving, Not moody ( at least I think) not sore back, nothing. Any adivce or reasurrance would be great. |

| Discomfort: | 25 weeks with twin boys. Twins heads are both down, putting tons of pressure on my pelvic bones. |
| Treatment or advice: | Rest often, and lay on left side - per my OB/GYN. Pelvic pressure is caused by gravity, and having two babies, twice the pressure. |

| Discomfort: | i feel like my uterus is swollen and heavy. It's like nothing I have felt before. It makes me more aware that I really have a uterus. I don't know if I am just hopeful (can't take a test until a few days) but my BBT has been up and I just wondered if this sounds familiar to anyone. |

| Discomfort: | I have this terrible pain in my lower stomach/pelvic area whenever I move around the worng way. Sometimes even if I sit down the wrong way, it hurts. It kinda feels like the baby is pushing on my cervix trying to come out. I don't know if these are contractions or what. But it hurts really bad and I need to know what I can do to get rid of it! |

| Discomfort: | I have been having this pain on my left side of my pelvis (where I think the baby is). It's not like a cramp, but more of a pulling. Like when I get up it's uncomfortable or certain times when I am laying. It doesn't really feel the same as the growing pains I've been feeling else where, but my mom keeps telling me it's just my uterus growing. I am just confused and would love to hear if you have any insight. |

| Discomfort: | I get sharpish pains right in the center, just above my pubic hair-line. I feel like it is similar to round ligament pain, but I've heard that that occurs only on the sides and that you're not supposed to have centralized pain during pregnancy? It's not constant but it worries me when I have it. It seems particularly bad at night when I wake up to use the restroom. |

| Discomfort: | This is odd. Its seriously like the baby is kicking me in a nerve or something, and makes me jump out of my chair. I can't call it a shooting pain or anything, its just like someone is giving me a thwack from the inside. I had no clue that the baby could be hanging out that low down...I thought he was up higher...Its like he's got a foot lodged in the birth canal or something. Seriously uncool. Anyone else? |

| Discomfort: | I can't tell exactly what it is or where it is. The pain feels like the razor/burning pain of a UTI or a tearing senseation like someone is ripping through my cervix and vagina with a brillo pad. It only lasts a few seconds at a time but it hurts! I guess it's just everything starting to stretch and dilate. |
| Treatment or advice: | my nurse told me not to worry that it was normal. I'm 36 weeks next week so they start checking the cervix then. Hopefully I'm dilating, at least the pain will mean something. |

| Discomfort: | Symphisis Pubic Dysfunction. It feels like the bones in your pelvic floor are grinding together, especially at night. The worst is when you roll over in bed, it took me about 5 minutes each time! It also hurts when you get out of bed to use the bathroom at night or when you get up the morning. Or if you have been standing for a while during the day it hurts. |
| Treatment or advice: | The only thing that has helped me is putting a pillow between my legs and under my stomach at night. My doctor also said I could take tylenol before bed. I read that pelvic tilts and kegals help, but not me! |

The area right above my pubic line has been swelling more and more since 6 weeks and it seems to be moving up? It's so uncomfortable to lay on my stomach as well. I'm trying to find out if anyonelse has noticed this happening to them? Their pelvic area seems harder/tighter each week? Like I've mentioned, mine has been since 6 weeks! Am I showing in my pelvic region instead first? Once again, there can't be any possible way a person's pelvic region stays bloated for more than 2 weeks without going down! |

| Discomfort: | cramping sometimes, pan if i push really hard (trying to feel for hardness or a ball to see if it's my uterus hoping to be preggers), if i lay on my stomach all night i wake up with diarrhea cramps and then i sit up for awhile and it goes away and then about a half hour later i have diarrhea, i have indigestion alot, not to mention i pee every hour to two hours, three at the most. |
| Treatment or advice: | I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not yet, my cycles are always off by a little. i'm due for a period around the weekend. |

| Discomfort: | I feel like the pelvic bone is broken. There is so much pain that I can't get out of bed or off the toilet without my husands help. It is not constantly that bad, but when changing positions it becomes unbearable. |
