| Discomfort: | I felt like I had a heaviness in the pelvic area. It seemed to worsen when I would walk. |
| Treatment or advice: | The doctor said the baby is sitting lower than it should be at this point and is causing alot of pressure. He said just to take it easy and avoid lifting heavy weight. |

| Discomfort: | I have been having some mild cramps that feel like menstrual cramps fo a few weeks now. I am 6 weeks today and I mentioned this to my Dr and he said it could be just normal due to stretching and changes in the uterus. Very wooried as I have had 2 miscarriages consecutively with similar symptoms. I also have no syptoms other than tender breasts. Not starving, Not moody ( at least I think) not sore back, nothing. Any adivce or reasurrance would be great. |

| Discomfort: | 25 weeks with twin boys. Twins heads are both down, putting tons of pressure on my pelvic bones. |
| Treatment or advice: | Rest often, and lay on left side - per my OB/GYN. Pelvic pressure is caused by gravity, and having two babies, twice the pressure. |

| Discomfort: | i feel like my uterus is swollen and heavy. It's like nothing I have felt before. It makes me more aware that I really have a uterus. I don't know if I am just hopeful (can't take a test until a few days) but my BBT has been up and I just wondered if this sounds familiar to anyone. |

| Discomfort: | very constipated. I have some dull cramping on the days when a bowel movement isn't happening. I have been taking extra fiber for over a week now, and not much change. I still have a little discomfort from this constipation which makes me a little crampy and crabby. |
| Treatment or advice: | I have been adding fiber to my water 3 times a day for a week now. I haven't noticed much of a change yet. |

| Discomfort: | I have this terrible pain in my lower stomach/pelvic area whenever I move around the worng way. Sometimes even if I sit down the wrong way, it hurts. It kinda feels like the baby is pushing on my cervix trying to come out. I don't know if these are contractions or what. But it hurts really bad and I need to know what I can do to get rid of it! |

| Discomfort: | I have been having this pain on my left side of my pelvis (where I think the baby is). It's not like a cramp, but more of a pulling. Like when I get up it's uncomfortable or certain times when I am laying. It doesn't really feel the same as the growing pains I've been feeling else where, but my mom keeps telling me it's just my uterus growing. I am just confused and would love to hear if you have any insight. |

By my calcs, I would be 6-7 weeks if I am pregnant. Started having low abd. pain and above bladder and in low back??? |

| Discomfort: | I get sharpish pains right in the center, just above my pubic hair-line. I feel like it is similar to round ligament pain, but I've heard that that occurs only on the sides and that you're not supposed to have centralized pain during pregnancy? It's not constant but it worries me when I have it. It seems particularly bad at night when I wake up to use the restroom. |

| Discomfort: | This is odd. Its seriously like the baby is kicking me in a nerve or something, and makes me jump out of my chair. I can't call it a shooting pain or anything, its just like someone is giving me a thwack from the inside. I had no clue that the baby could be hanging out that low down...I thought he was up higher...Its like he's got a foot lodged in the birth canal or something. Seriously uncool. Anyone else? |

| Treatment or advice: | doctor told me i could take some advil only once in awhile. but can take tylenol and was prescribed EMTEC-3 it is just like tylenol 3 but without the codeine. and also prescribed ATIVAN...only take if necessary because it will be passed on to your babies blood stream it will affect them as well. |

| Discomfort: | Symphisis Pubic Dysfunction. It feels like the bones in your pelvic floor are grinding together, especially at night. The worst is when you roll over in bed, it took me about 5 minutes each time! It also hurts when you get out of bed to use the bathroom at night or when you get up the morning. Or if you have been standing for a while during the day it hurts. |
| Treatment or advice: | The only thing that has helped me is putting a pillow between my legs and under my stomach at night. My doctor also said I could take tylenol before bed. I read that pelvic tilts and kegals help, but not me! |

| Discomfort: | I have been having SEVERE cramps in the lower abdominal area since I was 12 weeks or so, I am now 19 weeks, and they continue to hit EVERYDAY. I've gone to the dr. and all he has to say is maybe it's gas? But for that long, and that bad? I'm a little worried because I have had 2 preterm babies (one @31 weeks and the other @34 weeks), followed by a miscarriage shortly after @16 weeks. I feel that I have run out of options. |
