bperry, this is totally normal! I don't know any women who didn't have any degree of breast tenderness and some women have it far worse than others. I had very itchy, swollen, throbbing and painful breasts through my entire first pregnancy starting before I was far enough along to take my pregnancy test. I also went up almost 2 full breast sizes! I didn't have a hot pack, and wasn't told about that until later. I do know that wearing a snug bra and keeping them fully supported helps a lot. I know it sounds painful having a bra fitting them tightly, but it's much better than having them bounce at all. I even slept in my bra and only took it off to change/shower. (And boy did they hurt whenever I took the bra off!) I don't know how much the snug bra had to do with it, but my breasts went back pretty much to my normal size and I barely have any droopage at all. I hope this helps you too. I am currently 30 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy and barely have any breast tenderness at all. I can actually let my husband rub them this time! =P
I feel like my heart beat is really strong, it doesn't feel like it is racing or beating really slow, it just seems like a harder beat. I know that sounds stranger. It happens more when I am stressed or when I take a walk.

This happens to me too and I am really glad to hear that it is happening to alot of other people. I guess it makes sense since your blood volume doubles, your heart probably has to work harder...

I had this w/ my first pregnancy, my doctor said it is common with pregnant women... usually nothing to worry about. i'd tell your doctor about it. it helped if i laid down and relaxed for a bit.

i also have a really strong heartbeat at times it feels really weird i cant describe it,im not sure if its going to pop through my chest or just stop it certainly gets worst through stress so i put it down to my anxiety of becoming a mum again,
I have noticed now that when I lay down at night an area of my breast gets a very sharp pain in it. The area is on the left side right above where the breast bone is. I have also noticed a very sore lump is starting to appear.
I have this numb pain under my left breast. It feels like my skin is stretched to the max. It aches and throbs constantly... laying, sitting, standing. It doesn't matter... there is no position that is good!
Treatment or advice:
My husband put an ice pack on it and that actually worked until I got my body heat back!

The skin on my breasts and stomach is incredibly itchy, especially at night and after removing my bra. I'm using an anti-stretch mark cream, but it gives me no relief. Any suggestions?
