| Discomfort: | At 15 weeks are started to experience a dull ache or feeling of pressure in my groin area. The left side is definitely worse then the right. It has been a week and the ache doesn't go away whether on my feet or off. Anyone else experienced anything similar. Will this last or go away. Can I excercise? |

| Discomfort: | pain that feels like a muscle spasm in your inner thigh/groin area. Pubic area feels heavy/pressure. Walking makes the muscle cramp worse. Sitting up awhile makes the area spasm, and raising one leg at a time to climb steps or get dressed makes it hurt. Condition called symphysis pubis disorder. |
| Treatment or advice: | Lying down awhile helps. Try to avoid sitting in one position too long; change positions often. Try sitting while putting on undergarments/pants. Sleep with pillow between thighs to keep pubic bones more aligned. Some find relief with a maternity support belt but some dont. Chiropractic care often helps. |

| Discomfort: | I have been having this pain on my left side of my pelvis (where I think the baby is). It's not like a cramp, but more of a pulling. Like when I get up it's uncomfortable or certain times when I am laying. It doesn't really feel the same as the growing pains I've been feeling else where, but my mom keeps telling me it's just my uterus growing. I am just confused and would love to hear if you have any insight. |

| Discomfort: | it feels as if someone is ripping my vagina apart...it started out mild...but im 32 weeks and it has only gotten worse...it's unbearable at times...especially when i have a full bladder, and trying to rush to the bathroon in the middle of the night...also when i try to get dressed ,lift my legs,or move heavy things with my legs... |
| Treatment or advice: | well my treatment, that has helped me some what, is to sleep with a thick pillow between my legs at night to keep the pressure from just sitting there all night, with the weight of my legs and baby sitting on my pelvis and vagina...it seems to help a lil bit but it doesn't do mircles...lol...just helps out a lil...i think the onbly thing treatment is to have the baby...lol |

| Discomfort: | A lot of pressure on my entire pelvic area. The right side of my vagina is more swollen than the left and hurts more. My hips and pelvic bone crack, often. Sometimes, it even feels like the baby may just fall out!! This is said to be caused by numerous pregnancies in a short period of time. (I have 3 children already and the oldest is 4) |
| Treatment or advice: | I'm still searching for one, but my docotor says to buy a maternity support girdle. Also, soaking in the bath time gives temporary relief. Stay off your feet as often as possible!! |

| Discomfort: | I have been having bad pain in my entire vaginal area when I walk or turn while laying down and when standing. It feel as if it's my muscles in that area but nothing happened to cause this pain in the last few days. I read that it could be round ligament pain. It is only in the vaginal area and feel deep within the muscles. Any info would be appreciated and I'm going to tell ob about it at next app. |

| Discomfort: | It all happened straight after i had lifted the edge of a single bed with my foot to move it. I had only lifted it maybe 1 cm off the ground when i felt this pain in my vagina i had never felt before. It was so intense that i had to slump down on the bed and massage my whole vaginal area. I sat there for a few minutes and then decided to get up, as i went to walk away the pain became very excruciating. I can only describe the pain as something that you might feel if you were to accidentally do the splits. It felt as though i had badly strained my vagina muscles. After 2 weeks i thought the pain would subside but it hasn't. It actually has gotten worse. I find it hard to put my pants on, rolling over on my side in bed, getting out of the car, walking, running, going up stairs, going down stairs! Its a pain in the backside because this is the first time i have experienced this and i feel like i might have to stay in bed for weeks just for this muscle strain to go away!!!! |
| Treatment or advice: | I don't know any treatments for this pain but a tip i can give is that when i massage my vagina and where the pain hurts the most, the pain goes away for a little bit. 5 Min's the most but it does help and i do feel a bit of relief if only it is for a wee bit. |

| Discomfort: | Symphisis Pubic Dysfunction. It feels like the bones in your pelvic floor are grinding together, especially at night. The worst is when you roll over in bed, it took me about 5 minutes each time! It also hurts when you get out of bed to use the bathroom at night or when you get up the morning. Or if you have been standing for a while during the day it hurts. |
| Treatment or advice: | The only thing that has helped me is putting a pillow between my legs and under my stomach at night. My doctor also said I could take tylenol before bed. I read that pelvic tilts and kegals help, but not me! |

| Discomfort: | Today I started feeling vaginal / pelvic pain. It's extremely low, and almost feels like it's inside my left vaginal wall. I feel it when I walk and when I squat or bend and try to stand up. I couldn't even hunch over to change into my pjs without feeling it. My sister says it's pressure from the baby, but I'm still a little worried since it came on strong just today. Also, I'm only 6 months pregnant and I personally think it's just a bit too soon to be feeling pressure from the baby. Besides, it happens every time I walk or bend... I'm sure the baby isn't putting pressure down there every second of the day... It's making me pretty much limp when I walk |

| Discomfort: | I have pelvic pain from time to time but the worst is when I go to the bathroom. Right when I sit on the toilet the pain is unbearable. I believe it is because I have nothing supporting the central part of my pelvis when sitting on the toilet. It hurts so bad I want to scream in pain. |
| Treatment or advice: | If I shift my weight to one side or the other it relieves some of the pressure but it is still agonizing. Extremely unbearable. You know it is bad when you dread going to the bathroom! |

| Discomfort: | the very front of my pubic bone feels like it is breaking in two when I try to walk. It is so bad that in the middle of night I am in tears when I have to walk to the bathroom. I remember having pains in my pubic bone (groin area) with my other pregnancies, which was uncomfortable, but this is right in the front and literally feels like it is snapping in half. I don't know how I am going to make it through the next 8 weeks! |

| Discomfort: | I've heard that vaginal excretions are supposed to be increased, but i'm constantly `moist` ( for a lack of better words).. It's very uncomfortable when i'm out, because i have a constant urge to wipe myself. It's not painful or anything, just very annoying. Has anyone been experiencing extreme discharge or should i check it out? ( It's not leaking down my leg or anything that bad, but it feels like it could be abnormal.) |

| Discomfort: | Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction - It feels like somebody is drilling into my pubic bone. And when I get in and out of the bath, the car or bed, it feels like my pubic bone is on fire. Very, very, very painful. I can't even turn over in bed without screaming in agony. |
| Treatment or advice: | Try to keep your legs closed (a bit late for that, hahaha!) as much as possible. Anything that means you have to open your legs, even walking up stairs, will really hurt. Twist around on your bum rather than opening your legs to climb into something. When you put your underwear and trousers on, sit on the bed first and try to keep your legs as closed as possible, before standing up and pulling your clothes up. |
