Discomfort: pelvis

Discomfort:with my first pregnancy i noticed a dull achy pain in the inner left pelvis joint and it only got worse. i went to my midwife and she gave me a number to call for a physio to look at and to give me tips as this is very common in pregnancy. i chose to carry on without help and to use pillows to prop myslef and the bump to be more comfy but by the last month of pregnancy oh my gosh, the pain was un-real, i cried many of times as i couldnt sleep, everytime i tried my pelvis would slip out of place and i was paralized till i could pop it back....i cant even explain what the pain felt like! i found that more painful then giving birth naturally. now i am 13 weeks pregnant with my second and this achy pain has started already!!! :-(

flipping sore. just under my cs scar... had the pain before i was pregnant.. kinda had it on and off since first birth(5years)but got worse after getting pregnant. sneezing..coughing,laughing, twisting,standing up..aaagh!!!!!
