| Seriousness: | Unbearable |
| Discomfort: | I have been having this pain on my left side of my pelvis (where I think the baby is). It's not like a cramp, but more of a pulling. Like when I get up it's uncomfortable or certain times when I am laying. It doesn't really feel the same as the growing pains I've been feeling else where, but my mom keeps telling me it's just my uterus growing. I am just confused and would love to hear if you have any insight. |

| Discomfort: | I felt like I had a heaviness in the pelvic area. It seemed to worsen when I would walk. |
| Treatment or advice: | The doctor said the baby is sitting lower than it should be at this point and is causing alot of pressure. He said just to take it easy and avoid lifting heavy weight. |

| Seriousness: | Annoying |
| Discomfort: | I felt like the area has been bruised. The muscles that attach to the pubic symphisis are a bit sore when I move. After getting up from a nap without changing position, I heard my pelvis click and felt a very minimal pain. I think it's because my pelvic bones are loosening up a bit, for the baby's continuous growth and future delivery. |

| Seriousness: | Quite bad |
| Discomfort: | pain that feels like a muscle spasm in your inner thigh/groin area. Pubic area feels heavy/pressure. Walking makes the muscle cramp worse. Sitting up awhile makes the area spasm, and raising one leg at a time to climb steps or get dressed makes it hurt. Condition called symphysis pubis disorder. |
| Treatment or advice: | Lying down awhile helps. Try to avoid sitting in one position too long; change positions often. Try sitting while putting on undergarments/pants. Sleep with pillow between thighs to keep pubic bones more aligned. Some find relief with a maternity support belt but some dont. Chiropractic care often helps. |

| Discomfort: | I have these really bad muscle pains all around my vagina. When I try to get up or slimply move around it hurts a lot. It makes it really difficult to move around. |
| Treatment or advice: | I did tell my Dr. and he told me the pain is from all the stretching of the baby growing and the weight that I am carrying. He told me take Tylenol for the pain. He did advise me that pain is normal. |

| Discomfort: | I have been having terrible and unbearable shooting pains shooting up inside of me, I dont know whether it is from the back or the front, as it is in the middle, it starts by the vagina and shoots up until above my stomach, My stomach is very swolen and bloated, and I cry of stomach cramps the whole time. I went to go see my dr, she said that I have an infection, i used antibiotics and stuff, but I still get these pains? Can I be pregnant? Maybe in my tubes? I need help pls! |

| Discomfort: | A lot of pressure on my entire pelvic area. The right side of my vagina is more swollen than the left and hurts more. My hips and pelvic bone crack, often. Sometimes, it even feels like the baby may just fall out!! This is said to be caused by numerous pregnancies in a short period of time. (I have 3 children already and the oldest is 4) |
| Treatment or advice: | I'm still searching for one, but my docotor says to buy a maternity support girdle. Also, soaking in the bath time gives temporary relief. Stay off your feet as often as possible!! |

| Discomfort: | Having a sore feeling right above the vigina area, starts where I feel the pubic bone and is sore up until the top of my hairline. I've also noticed swelling in the past two weeks it's gotten worse. I mentioned the soreness when it first started to my dr. and he said ligiment pain but now it's swollen in that area of pain only (about the size of a half dollar). Should I be worried or just wait until my next OBGYN appt in a few weeks. |

| Discomfort: | This is odd. Its seriously like the baby is kicking me in a nerve or something, and makes me jump out of my chair. I can't call it a shooting pain or anything, its just like someone is giving me a thwack from the inside. I had no clue that the baby could be hanging out that low down...I thought he was up higher...Its like he's got a foot lodged in the birth canal or something. Seriously uncool. Anyone else? |

| Discomfort: | I can't tell exactly what it is or where it is. The pain feels like the razor/burning pain of a UTI or a tearing senseation like someone is ripping through my cervix and vagina with a brillo pad. It only lasts a few seconds at a time but it hurts! I guess it's just everything starting to stretch and dilate. |
| Treatment or advice: | my nurse told me not to worry that it was normal. I'm 36 weeks next week so they start checking the cervix then. Hopefully I'm dilating, at least the pain will mean something. |

| Discomfort: | The past couple of weeks during my pregnancy whenever I am standing for awhile my pelvic bone and around that area becomes really sore. It feels like I have a bad bruise on that bone. I'm hoping it isn't anything that's a big deal but will ask my doctor. I'm on my feet all day at work so I'm hoping it will ease up a little bit! This is my first pregnancy. |

| Discomfort: | i have what feels like period cramps start in front go into my back and down in my hips, went to the hospital they told me it was preterm labor symptoms so along with that i have bad braxton hicks `gas pain` in my abdomen pressure in my lower abdomen like my babys trying to break the bag and recently heavy discharge so pretty much all of the preterm labor symptoms, ive been feeling these since about 23 weeks and im now 30 weeks i believe |
| Treatment or advice: | the doc put me on meds but lately their not really helpin i still feel the contractions and when i take both meds together it makes it worse i hate takin meds while im prego |

| Discomfort: | I was having very bad pressure and then it turned into feeling like I pulled a muscle down there. It doesn't hurt when touched, only when I walk. I thought something needed to crack but it hasn't yet and I don't think it will. I am very sore and I hope it doesn't last very long. |

| Discomfort: | It is Pelvic pain, so painful to lift my legs, walk, I had it in my previous pregnancy too, it sucks. |
| Treatment or advice: | My doctor gave me some meds to ease the pain, but I don't want to take medicine while pregnant. I tried one and it didn't even touch it. |
