| Discomfort: | The pain feels like a bruised foot, when hubb touched my foot it hurt. I could not walk on it as the pain spread over my whole foot, it was like a sprained ankle but across the side of my foot....very weird |
| Treatment or advice: | We wrapped it with a bandage and I elevated it as much as possible. The pain lasted about 2 days |

| Discomfort: | My pain is so severe in my feet that i can barely walk. it feels like someone is taking a hundred nail and hammering them into my feet. I have actually fallen to my knees from this pain |
| Treatment or advice: | i try to kick my feet up as much as possible. soak them at least 3x a day, take Tylenol, and have my husband massage my feet. when im at work, i wear supportive shoes, though it does little to help. i have cut down on eating salt to help with water retention. but it seems to be getting worse. |

| Discomfort: | My feet started out swelling up but are getting gradually worse. At week 16 onwards any shoes I wear have my feet sweeling around them and leaving huge deep marks, they are very painful. It really hurts to move my toes, especially up, and they have a couple of marks on that I fear are small stretch marks. I sit at work all day and can not keep my feet high enough to help but all I can do is go straight home after work and sit with my feet up, then by the next morning they are ok, only to start all over again. Going to a special occasion in a skirt is out of the question as I have elephant feet. |
| Treatment or advice: | I have noticed that if I have walked very far in a day, they are a lot better. I have also got a footrest at work that swivels which helps a bit. |
