Hey ladies cd 43 here. Well actually cd. 1 cause AF finally arrived. I never thought i would be so happy to see her.

Cocoloco - 56 min. ago.
luv2teach - It depends where you live? I am in the UK and my sister had to wait a year. The first thing they did was test her husbands sperm, and when that came out fine they did an ultrasound of her fallopian tubes and 'flushed them' with something. She got pregnant straight after that procedure. I think it also depends how old you are. If you are mid thirties I think you only have to wait 6 months generally?

Cocoloco - 58 min. ago.
kitty - I agree with duffy - FRER all the way! Internet ones never showed a positive with me until about a week after a missed period, whereas I've had a positive FRER at 9DPO before!

luv2teach - 1 hours ago.
alohamom...thanks! I'm 39..so yes...an older mom. Only been trying 2 months. My youngest is almost 3. I had no problems getting PG with him but wasn't trying either. I just really wanna get PG this year before I turn 40. I'm so impateint! LOL! I go see my dr on Tues for just a reg checkup...so I'm thinking of mentioning to her then about me trying. She'll probably think I'm nuts to even mention anything after only 2 months of ttc. It'd be nice to get her opinion on what she thinks too. I'm sure she could give me a little insight even if it's only been a couple months.

alohamom3 - 1 hours ago.
luv2teach a year but is you are an older mom they will talk to you. I would just ask to be seen and have some blood work. I had my done on the day before I thought I should have my LH surge. It came in low but Dr and I think its because I was two days off. she checked my cervix too. Remind them to NOT use any gell.

luv2teach - 2 hours ago.
Hi Ladies...do any of you know how many months of ttc before a doctor will even consider talking about any issues you or your partner may have? If you get your period regularly and ovulate regularly and still aren't getting PG...what is the first thing they would try before it gets into infertility treatments that are very costly?

duffy - 2 hours ago.
Ehartw02 - yep that sounds like a plan. Also, I know this sounds yuck, but if you can keep an eye on your cervical fluid as that also can give you an idea if you are about to ovulate. Kitty79 - yay! Hope they stay up for you & you get you BFP! Kirkir - boo about having to wait till Tuesday for the dr. Just out of interest what brand are you using? With both of my boys I never got a +ve with Internet cheapies until late so I know that I have to use a FRER because they pick it up first for me. Good luck!

Janbaby09 - 2 hours ago.
Has anyone else experienced heavier AF while taking Clomid? Mine have always been heavier and painful but this is my 6th day still heavy. The only time it seems to be letting up is before I take the clomid. Just feels like AF is going to be here FOREVER.

kirkir - 3 hours ago.
day 41 of a 37 day cycle with a neg test yesterday. called the dr office today and my dr is gone until Tuesday. ugh more waiting.

kitty79 - 5 hours ago.
My temperature is still elevated. Going it stays that way. It's my first month charting so not sure what will happen.

terriann20 - 5 hours ago.
4dpo ugh this tww is dragging....

ehartw02 - 5 hours ago.
duffy- yes that helped. so to figure out my leutal phase I would use the opk everyday until I got a negative (that would be the day I O) and then count days until AF?

ingodstime - 6 hours ago.
Hi ladies thanks for all the welcomes! sry I have been a few days getting back just fished my 5th day straight of work that was just crazy all week. I am excited that the hubby and I will have 3 days off together for our aniversary for the first time ever since we've been married! Congrats to any BFP's I may have missed! I will be praying for all that will be testing soon!

rachie83 - 7 hours ago.
Seeing everyone talking about taking temps and ovulation tests remind me of when I did all of that. I took my temp every morning at the same time for 2 out of the 3 1/2 years that we were trying. That was more accurate than the ovulation tests. I will never forget my first dr appt with my fertility specialist, she asked me to bring all my temp charts with me and then during my appt she asked to see them so I handed them to her and she put them straight Into the trash... Then she said to never do them again because we were going to do IUI's. I hope to do IUI's but I don't really know the game plan until I see her one June.

Cocoloco - 8 hours ago.
Thanks duffy :-) At least I know I'm in the 2ww now! :-)

duffy - 8 hours ago.
Coco loco- I am so glad your temps went up for you :) good luck

Cocoloco - 8 hours ago.
keightlyn... I also checked out your chart and your temps are looking really good :-)

Cocoloco - 9 hours ago.
Temp went up again this morning after a couple of dips, and FF has decided I am 6DPO :-) I was awake in the night feeling so nauseous like I was going to puke, and having mild cramping. Not going to read anything into it, because I have had random coincidental symptoms before and it's been nothing, Maybe it's just something I ate?....but still hoping it's a good sign anyway! Also, I dreamt last night I was pregnant with twins! Babies are obviously playing on my mind! :-)

Duffy - 18 hours ago.
Laura615 - you can get symptoms now, but try not to read too much into them until you get your BFP (Believe me it is hard NOT too) as a few pregnancy symptoms are the same as AF coming symptoms. My fingers are crossed and sending heaps of baby dust your way

Duffy - 18 hours ago.
janbaby09 - It has happened before when I was trying for DS1. She fell pregnant first and then I did a few weeks later. (she then lost the baby a couple of weeks after that). I have tried vitex before with success but it was not successful for my SIL

Duffy - 18 hours ago.
ehartw02 - Leutal phase is the time between ovulation and your AF; generally is it always the same length each cycle . On an average cycle it is 14 days but some women have longer or shorter time. I know that my is 12 days. So When I ovulate I now that 12 days (12DPO) after I know that my AF will arrive. I hope this answers your question

Laura615 - 18 hours ago.
heres a strange thing that happened tonight. I dont like hummus. i never have. DH sat next to me and started eating chips and sabra roasted garlic hummus and I got a whiff... i took the container and ate the entire thing. Isnt it too early for that?? Also, left sided pulling came back to freak me out again. Also having some cervical feeling twinges? At least that is where it feels like it is. Anyone else with symptoms that are messing with your head??

ehartw02 - 19 hours ago.
im extremely confused as to what a leutal phase is? im on CD 8 right now expected to ovulate CD 14 ish according to a fertility tracker. this is my first time using an opk and i tried yesterday and got a negative. (wasn't expecting a positive just have never used one before and was wondering what it was all about lol) but im reading about leutal phase and am very confused as to what it means while ttc??? help please! :)

loraclacey - 21 hours ago.
My breasts are becoming pretty tender so I'm taking that as a sign that the Provera is working! Woo!

Healthymum - 23 hours ago.
Hi everyone, hope everyone is going okay. Well I just thought I would check in. On Friday I went through my egg retrieval and had the embryo transfer on Monday. So now that wonderful tww!!
