Seeg when you get a positive on your OPK (which is your LH surge) it means you will ovulate in 24 - 36 hrs. I hope that helps you

tnalakes- many times a person will get a positive OPK before they will actually get a positive on a HPT. It sometimes can be an indicator of a pregnancy.
