Anyway to add an area on OPK's. So many women on the ttc boards have questions about them and it would be easier to post them here so they don't get lost in all the chit chat. SOme pics of what negatives look like compared to positives. Same maybe for HPT's! I always have to find other websites to look at this info and it would be great to find it here. thanks!

We once had a work-from home section, and while that is not exactly what you are referring to, we think an area for mothers to advertise skills or things they sell would create the same scenario, which resulted in a lot of scams. We choose to not allow our members to sell anything through this website for a few reasons. One is to avoid any scams and another is because we do not want to be held responsible for any tailed transaction, whether it be receiving a product from someone that you are not satsified with or paying for an item and not getting it, etc. This is all in an attempt to keep the site friendly for everyone and free of scams that are so often seen on the internet these days. Thanks!!

Another idea is to have a place where moms can go to network with other moms in careers. For instance, a mother who is a member of this site makes and sells hair bows. Many mothers want to know where to buy hair bows. So, they could just go to the place where something like this is on and find out who sells hair bows. Others sell their used baby clothes online, so people who have clothes for sale could advertise that they have them for sale on another website or maybe could sell them through this website. Maybe hair bows could be sold through this website--a mini e-bay for mothers. Ha! At any rate, anyone with skills could advertise their skills here.

weekly photo contests; formula or diapers or something small like that for prizes; then at the end of the year take all the weekly photo contest winners and have an annual contest for the mother to win a gift certificate to Wal-Mart or Babies R Us or just $200. You could have different categories of contests and have limits like one photo per member for this week's best pregnancy photo. That way the voters won't have to shuffle through 700 pictures to vote. This way, the winner will more than likely have a photo worth winning and not just a photo voted on by five people who didn't want to trudge through 700 photos so voted after looking at the first 20 pictures. Does this make sense?

Thanks for the link Robin & thanks for starting the thread, Holly28. I will add it to our list of future programming plans and see what the tech team thinks. I think a good search feature would be nice. Not sure about the FAQ, as everyone has a different situation and most people like comments/advice to be tailored to their personal needs.

At this time, we will not be increasing the storage space on your pages. New members join the site hourly and if we increase the size, the site will run slower. However, you can write as many blogs as you want on your page. Perhaps you can move some of your older posts/pics to a blog on your page instead of on the actual page. Thanks for your suggestion!

I'm just wondering if this site can be made 'worksafe'? I find that some of the fonts used, particularly at the top of the forums, are huge & give the game away. I like to check my page at lunch & sometimes I'm anxious that someone might cop what I'm at! Also, another suggestion would be to have the forums more like chatrooms, where you can see who is there - or even an 'Online Now' banner across your group of friends on your own page. I used to use the social networking site Bebo and if someone was online, a pink icon would come up at the bottom of their picture.

I have a suggestion for the TTCers. It would be nice to be able to have a chart were we can chart diffrent things (like Fertilityfriend.com (sorry spelling). I think it would make it a little easier for some of us. Thank you. .=)

i don't know it this has ever been brought up but...i was wondering if it is possible to have a green or yellow footprint for mothers that have had m/c or stillborn babies. similar to what this site has for a boys and girls...do know know what i mean...if you have a question just message me. For some reason I can't accept new friends on my MACBOOK computer.. I also can't write any profile information to my profile with a mac. I can do all these things when I'm on my desktop (microsoft) so it would be nice if this site was also formatted to Macintosh.
