Vikki - 507 days ago.
I bought a Doppler on ebay! It's fantastic! I've been so nervous ( lost 12 babies) and this is the BEST $69 I've ever spent!!!! The piece of mind to hear baby whenever I get the jitters! I could just cry with relief that I don't have to just wait for a Dr appointment to know that baby is ok. This is a great 'in-between' visit thing to keep me calm:-D

jamie - 524 days ago.

Faith-star-x - 529 days ago.

Vikki - 531 days ago.
So here I am. I THINK about 10 weeks with my 8th! And getting ready to move from Australia to CANADA! M/S is shocking so that is a good thing. ( if I don't get it it means somethings wrong):-) I am nearly 41:-)

MG5 - 543 days ago.
Just wanted to check in and say hello. I'm the mother of 5 beautiful children ages 9, 7,5, 2, & newborn. Oh wait my daughter just turned 8. Lol. Anyways, I never dreamed I'd have such a large family, but they are all definitely a blessing. Can't even imagine my life with one less. Good to see I'm not the only one.....all around me I'm always the youngest with the most kids. But I don't mind one bit. :)

grumpyangel515 - 544 days ago.
Great to hear about the large families! We are ttc #4 (just about a year now) we have3 precious girls. If all goes well we plan to keep going! We just purchased a large home with a huge back yard and want as many as safely possible to share it with!

sarah6485 - 551 days ago.
wow didnt know there was this section its great, we are trying for another. i have 3 girls and a boy they are 6,4,2 and 10 months. i lost my first son in 2007 he was premature 24 weeks. was a shock after having 2 healthy pregnancies with my girls. i went on to have a girl then a boy that turned out fine. still a little nervous though about becoming pregnant again as i spent the whole 40 weeks worrying somethings wrong after what happened :-(. but i love my children and look forward to more they are all so unique and like someone said there may be chaos, house upside down, stress and shouting but i love it and would be lost without them. ive been with my partner 9 years now and im 25 yrs old. ive always wanted a big family and i guess ive already got it haha and i love it :-)

shockNsuprise - 562 days ago.
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with baby number 7.... I was married for 11 years and had 6 children with him. Almost a year ago we separated and are getting divorced. I am engaged again and it was very important for him to have a child so I agreed to one and only one!

Faith-star-x - 564 days ago.
hey again all, sarahmomof5 its your choice and it bugs the hell out of me when others butt it, at least all our kids are well fed, clothed have a roof over their head and a family that love them, there are people who have 1 child and cant manage with that so i think we do bloody good to and should be proud of ourselves that we can love, care for and raise as many children as we can :) my 2 boys share a room, and the 3 girls will share eventually we will have a loft conversion and the boys will go in there, and my eldest daughter will have their old room..but they dont mind they love the noise, having siblings around all the time lol....well 35weeks today, she dropped last week only 5more weeks til we meet her, still havent decided on a name ;( i thought we had but other half is now un-sure lol xx

sarahmomof5 - 570 days ago.
FAITH-- Thank you for your comments....and I am in teh same boat as you all i am 12 weeks preggers with my 6th and poeple look at me like I have 3 heads most of the time...... I hate it but oh well :) Yes space is somewhat tight my twins share a room (they are 4 years old) my 16 year old just recently left so my 5 year old now has her own room and my son has his own room. But everyone is like 'what are you going to do ...you are going to have to move...' I don't knwo I just wonder what gives others the ability/right to belittle someone else becasue of their choices and get involved in someone elses business like it was theres. Lil vent LOL sorry this is another reason why i haven't told many ppl that I am expecting again...but i have the main ones out of the way all parents know no kids know yet and I'm afraid to tell the 16 year old cuz she hates teh fact that she comes from a large family....she is one of those kids that wishes she was a single child. Life how fun :)

Faith-star-x - 570 days ago.
sarahmomof5 praying this one hangs on, sorry for the loss of 1 though xxx Jamie i have had the same crap, especially when we told people we were expecting this one number 5, 1 of my neighbours asked me if i was mad, and where was i going to put them all!!! i replied maybe i am mad but its what i choose and what i love as for space, we have plenty of cupboards!!! her face had me laughing so hard lol, yes space is tight as times but we manage :) 34weeks now x

starryeyed82 - 571 days ago.
I am pregnant with my 4th baby and I am just as excited as I was with my first! I think having a big family is down to personal choice dont worry what everyone else thinks! I have had the odd comment of your mad?! will this be your last? and how do you do it? but we are happy and thats what matters!

jamie - 571 days ago.
Were thinking of having our 4th but I know my family will crap their pants. They cant understand why we want so many children and I get so offended when the say that one of us needs to be 'fixed'....WEve both always wanted 4....space and money are tight but well adjust just like every other time!

sarahmomof5 - 576 days ago.
TY FAITH STAR--- but we lost one of the twins within the last 2 weeks I had a scan yesterday and there was no HB for one of them so holding onto hope that the othe rLO will hang in there for a few more months :)

Faith-star-x - 576 days ago.

Hello :) havent been on this page for awhile im now 30weeks!!! with baby number 5 a little princess, that will make 2 prince's & 3 princess's and no more :( i am happy about it now but at first i was like urghhh no more babys after this one, but im looking forward to watching them all grow up and take on their own life's...Congrats to the new bfp's xx

baby4aaden - 598 days ago.
We are trying to conceive baby # 5 and we would like one or two more after that. People are so rude to us even family about wanting more kids. We are great parents and have enough love and money for more. Don't let other people tell you how many kids to have, it is your life and God has given us that freedom to do so for a reason.

sarahmomof5 - 611 days ago.
Well we got our BFP so we are 5 and a bit weeks preggers. This will be bring home baby #6 praying all goes well with this pregnancy and hope it sticks prayers welcome...lol Good to see some more BFP's in the large family section. I notice no one is on much to chat hmmm is that because we are so busy with our children .....lol woudl love to get to know some of you wonderful ladies.

karen s - 624 days ago.
Hello. My name is Karen. I am 42 yrs. old and just found out I am expecting our 11th child!! We have 8 girls and 2 boys. I am so excited, but very nervous. I also have had two losses, which can make things even scarier at times. I had my first ultrasound yesterday, I am 6 wks. and 2 days. We did get to see the heartbeat! That was very reassuring. Even after 10 kids....I too have a ton of questions and concerns.Glad I found this site!

7 from Heaven - 635 days ago.
Glad to have found this page! I'm in week 26 with my 7th and will be 40 by the time this one is born. Sure is different being pregnant and 40 than being pregnant in my 20's! Who would have guessed that baby 7 could be so different from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6?!? :) I love our big family and am thrilled to be having another one!

naunilee - 650 days ago.
We just had our 4th baby 6 weeks ago and I am so in love with my family! We are done (he had a vasectomy and I had my tubes tied) but I would have taken more, best of luck to you all!

blessedagainwith10 - 655 days ago.
Sarahmom - your definitely not crazy. I luv the shock factor I get when I tell ppl I have 9 kids (yes; 1 at a time; and yes delivered them all) LOL Good luck on TTC - I've had 3 m/c. There's no indication that you can't conceive again... Good Luck and God Bless to your beautiful family.

sarahmomof5 - 655 days ago.
Hello...I am from the TTCAL forum but have a large family with five children and it is very nice to see that there is a forum for us....as some ppl in the general public think I'm crazy for having five children and even crazier to want another babe. Just wondering if it was okay to stop in and chat with you ladies as well seeing as we do have a few things in common and could possibly pass on some knowledge and soak some up as well :-) Just lovely to see that there are others out there like me....lol I felt like I was the only weirdo to have a big family these days :-)

faith-star-x - 655 days ago.
Well we got our scan two weeks ago and we are having another little princess :) we have a name but are not 100% sure yet, this is my 5th and final and im happy & sad but its the best thing for us as a family..congrats to all who have joined us in the large families lol x
