shamethiad@yahoo.com- everyone starts showing at different times. if you are really skinny to begin with then you are gonna show faster, but if you are overweight or have more meat on you, its gonna mostly take longer. I didnt start showing til I was about 16 weeks I had a small lil bump. your baby right now is about the size of a strawberry not much there yet. I have gained about 10-12 lbs im 31 weeks my baby is the perfect size. You dont generally, gain a lot of weight at first, unless you are really smaller. I actually lost 7 lbs my first 12weeks cause of morning sickness. The ligament pain is normal, i had and still do have horrible ligament pain...and pressure! And you dont really have to worry about sleep positions until you are in your 3rd trimester, you just sleep however is comfy.

Should I be worried 10 weeks pregnant? I'm 10 weeks 3days, and I'm a first time mom; I'm excited yet nervous, and scared. I had my first ultrasound at 7weeks 6days and baby was growing fine. I feel VERY little firmness underneath my belly SINCE MY BELLY is mostly flabby since I'm plus size. I'm worried that my baby isn't growing properly because I'm not showing, I don't have the baby bump that some have at 10 weeks. I do feel the round ligament stretching and I get cramps which I was told by my OBGYN that the cramps is from the uterus stretching and growing. I had a WIC appt and was weighed and barley had gained 3pounds. Week 9 was the worst I had plenty of days with morning sickness and vomiting. This week there is barley little nausea, heightened sense of smell and I'm extremely fatigue . I have episodes of gas, and stomach cramping from gas. I guess what worries me the most is this is my first time and my tummy was nowhere no flat when i first found out I was pregnant. I have researched on google that you are suppose to sleep on your left side but finding it very difficult and wind up sleeping on my back.

fordie01-I go to the bathroom every 10 minutes or so starting at like 5 dpo during every pregnancy I have had (4)!!!!! I know it says it shouldn't start that early but that is always my first symptom and I know right away what it means!!! I laso felt very queasy with this pregnancy very early on...like 4 weeks...it can happen. I think some women are more senstive to the hormonal changes....

Hello lovely mommies to be! ♥ My doctor recommend B-12 1000 gram with some Gatorade and a squeeze of lime and it helped me so much! But please consult with your doctors. Baby dust♦♦♦

taytay17- I had horrible morning sickness, I found what helped me was ginger snap cookies, snacking on those, and ginerale, sprint, 7up. all settled my stomach. I usually was ok eating toast with peanutbutter and honey. But the ginger snap cookies were a life saver for sure.

tammy-01092011 - 491 days ago.
fordie01 - for backaches and tummy stretching you would need to be around 12 weeks or so. and same for peeing a whole lot. for morning sickness, that would start around 7 weeks. so it depends on if you know how far along you could be, because if you could only be like 2-5 weeks, those symptoms more then likely wouldn't be from pregnancy.

tammy-01092011 - 491 days ago.
taytay17 - i had theeee worst morning sickness you could ever believe, puking every single day to whatever i ate. it lasted for me up untill about week 14. but i found a way to over come it, you'll be feeling sick because your not eating, so if you eat something light about 6 times a day, you'll feel better. and drink milk too. it really helped for me and i hope it helps for you too!!

fordie01 - 491 days ago.

hi all I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby

rosie2010 - 492 days ago.
woo hoo im 26 and a half weeks now only 13 and half weeks left yay. but i should only be pregnant for another 11 and half weeks coz im getting induced 2 weeks early coz my bubba has spina bifida. the only reason they inducing me is because my hospital is nearly 60 miles away and i am so worried i wont make it in time coz my last labour was only 1 hour 27 mins. cant wait now to meet my lil man. hope everyone else is coping well. :)

happymommajess - 492 days ago.
hey everyone im 36 weeks now and i was wondering if anyone else was terrified to the point of crying all the time about the birth? i am so scared i cant think about anything else. should i seek medical help or is this normal. i dont want to have depression and not get it sorted. am i overreacting?

Stickybean2011 - 493 days ago.
Hello everyone, i had my HCG levels tested on friday and it was 541 and had it tested yesterday and it was 1989. Is that good as far as levels raising?

tammy-01092011 - 493 days ago.
loving mom and wife - - my first ultrasound was at 5 weeks and the only thing i could see was a circle. i was able to see something that looked like a baby by my ultrasound at week 10.

dominique23 - 493 days ago.
loving mom and wife- Yes the baby will show up, it will be this lil sac, and lil heart beat. They will have to do an internal US though, with a wand. No biggy.

RmomR - 494 days ago.
hello i am pregnant already 31 weeks and feel pretty easily tired...and does stress effect your unborn child? i have some problems with the family...

dominique23 - 495 days ago.
anxious-i dont plan on natural, i dont tolerate pain well what so ever i figure if theres a way to relieve pain im going to do it! I know what to expect with an epidural , I had a spinal when i had a cerclage placed at 20 weeks. Same idea just not as strong.

anxiousmami - 495 days ago.
Dominque- I having the actual experience would recommend birthing claSses to everyone. If your the type that's thinks oh I just want the drugs then ehh maybe a waste of time. But if your wanting to go as far as possible to go natural or want to only go natural the classes help. They tell you pro's and con's of certain drugs. How to breath and concentrate and how to push cause most woman don't even know how to properly push. And its fun. You get snacks and to be around other moms going through what your going through. Anyhow I went natural w/ my daughter she's almost 6 and I'm expecting my second in dec. And I start my classes on Tuesday. I'm super excited cause my hope is to go natural again. The thought of an epi is scary! But yeah you may think its not 'helpful' but every birth is different and you can never be too prepared for a birth ! :)

dominique23 - 495 days ago.
Thanks everyone..ya i dont think I will take them, Iv read tons of stuff, watched every baby show..and talked to the doc a lot, and my friends, mom. I feel like Iv got the gist of what I need to know, and the rest Ill just have to experience as it comes..I dont think a class can prepare me for the pain im about to experience ! lol.
