Molly I could see changes in my body within a week of conception. I was more bloated and tired. Good Luck!

Molly0933 - 570 days ago.
I am new here. But I had a condom mishap on one of my most fertile days (didnt know it was my most fertile day until i started google searching.) anyways I have the feeling that im pregnant. I just can feel it. I don't know how to explain it. I havent missed my period yet but I do know I'm a lot more tired than normal. Am I just being silly or has anyone else just known before that got a positive HPT?

ambermiracle - 570 days ago.
how much longer do you think i have to wait.... Im 1cm dilated and 70% effaced. I dont want to wait anylonger!! im dying over here!

victinag - 570 days ago.
Mammo: this is my 3rd pregnancy.. (twins this time) I've never stopped coloring my hair... there's not enough chemicals for it to travel all the way through your body and pass through your placenta... BUT it has been said that the chemicals can mix with your hormones in such a way that it can mess up the color. I've never had that happen though :)

mammo - 570 days ago.
hi there hope all is good i want to colour my hair but im not sure if its safe to do so, has anyone used hair colour during pregnancy please help

39 wks + 2 days!! Not long left now. I have really Itchy nipples driving me crazy!!! had to hold an ice pack on them for about an hour last night! put some nipple cream on too . Any suggsetions as to why or how to relieve it!

babyblue1 - 571 days ago.
I should mention that I tried all the other stuff too (i.e. preggo pops, eating crackers before getting up) and none of it helped for me (i ended up puking over a garbage bucket 10 minutes later no matter what). I hate to sound like i'm a pill pusher, but it really was a lifesaver and I had no idea it existed...so just wanted to put it out there-- but of course try the traditional remedies first, maybe they will help make it tolerable.

babyblue1 - 571 days ago.
One word rachel27--DICLECTIN!!! I would not have survived my first pregnancy without it! It's well researched and safe (literally millions of women have taken it and they have long-term data over the last 30 years to back it up) . I'm in Canada so not sure if they have it where u are but i'm sure they have something similar.

Bri - 571 days ago.
rachel27 - Try keeping something in your tummy. When food is in there ther acids are building and making you sick. Of course only healthy foods and not a lot cause you don't want to gain a million pounds but a little goes a long way. There are also morning sickness teas and preggie pops to help. Ginger is great for MS too.

rachel27 - 571 days ago.
OMG morning sickness (ALL FREAKIN DAY) I dont know how I will ever go back to work!!! Any suggestions on how to get through it? I am 6w3d. I was also bleeding last week (brownish) and freaked out thinking I was having another miscarriage. Went for an US and saw the heartbeat!! Awesome experience (didnt think i would at 5w5d) anyone else experienced bleeding and had a normal pregnancy??

slh01391 - 571 days ago.
OMG... i am 31 weeks pregnant and i feel like i have been pregnant for years now. I just want my baby girl to pop out. Any suggestions to help pass time? I know they say to no think about your pregnancy but everything i do reminds me of it. NEWS FLASH i have a baby bump with me 24/7 how can i not think about it, from movements to uncomfy positions, it's there allllllll the time. HELP ME PASS THE TIME!

ambermiracle - 571 days ago.
Umm. im a few days away from being 36 weeks along. Im having chest apin and shortness of breath!! I dont know if i should go to the docs becuase I had my usual check up this morning and nothing was wrong. But about 2 hours ago im feeling pretty crappy! should i call or go in or what?

veronikalg - 572 days ago.
Jenna: yes that's true, I got to hear the heartbeat n see it at 8 weeks. With my first pregnancy I was awfully sick around where you are. It's just all the hcg hormones you have that's all! Congrats girl! Lots of baby love to you!

Jenna Cook - 572 days ago.
Hi everyone, I am new here:) I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and am experiencing extreme morning sickness already. Is this normal? Also my doctor set up my first ultrasound for 10 weeks. For some reason I thought you could hear the heartbeat at 8 weeks. Did anyone find that to be true? Thanks a bunch!

veronikalg - 572 days ago.
Fiyonk: during a pregnancy, you should always be careful but they do say 'scare period' which is the beginning of you being pregnant until atleast 14 weeks. I'm just saying that being pregnant is a wonderful thing but remember you and your baby are what you consume honey. Good luck.

toto1980 - 572 days ago.
Hello McNair 08, this is very true, Listeria is very dangerous even when your not pregnant as it is one of the worst kinds of food poisoning you can get but especially dangerous in high risk categories such as pregnant or elderly people. I would do what the doctor has said and avoid these foods. If you have a really bad craving for the hot dogs get yourself a probe and check that they are at least 80oC before you eat them. Hope this helps!!!

dredre - 573 days ago.
Hello. I just signed up tonite. I just found out last nite that I am '1-2 weeks pregnant' as per the digital test. I feel confused because I got blood work on June 8th saying I didn't ovulate? How would it make sense that I am pregnant now? There is a wait for the gyno, but maybe someone has had this issue??

WAM11 - 573 days ago.
Hi everyone. I have a question, and need your help. I'm 5 weeks and my doc told me that pregnant woman shouldn't eat deli meats, or hot dogs because they contain a bacteria called Listeria, which can get into the placenta and cause miscarriage, still birth, or birth defects in babies. Ever heard of this before? And if so, do you know someone it's happened too?? Please help me!

rosie2010 - 573 days ago.

My youngest is 9 years old so all this is new to me again. lol.. I am due 1/21/11

fiyonk - 574 days ago.
Hello!! I'm a 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant by now, this is my first, an am so excited. Before being pregnant I was pretty sure that I knew everything about pregnancy but now I realised I know nothing! They say 'be careful in the first 3 months'. Where does be careful starts and where does it ends? :)
