My babys beat app - it says to use headphones without an embedded mic. The ones that come w the phone have mic. Do you know if those will work? Or do you just use standard ones?

Hello everyone! Well its my first day in week 7! Had a pretty interesting week last week. Had my first Dr. appt. where my Dr. felt my stomach and said that the thought I might be further along than originally thought. She has my HCG levels taken. On Friday morning I received a call that my HCG level was well over 10,000 (the standard for when they can do an ultrasound) in fact it was 29,800. This indicated that I may also be a bit further along. She had me go in for an ultrasound that same day. I was able to see the heart beat but was also given some information that I'm a bit worried about. When the ultrasound tech first put the scope in me I say two sacks...yes first questions was 'is that twins?'. But no, I have a Subchronic Hematoma (sp). It is a sack of blood attached to the outside of my baby's sac. I gues it happens when the cord rips a bit when it is developing. They said that my body may just disolve it on its own but I am now at risk of the plicenta ripping later in my pregnancy which will put the baby at great harm. So scary! I have had miscarriages in the past and have two healthy little girls...this is one that I haven't been faced with. Anyone out there been told the same thing?

Last time I had my period was April 7th 2011, first day stopped about a week or so later. Had sex you know a week after that and a week after that unprotected. Pulled out but you know that doesn't really do anything. ANYWAYS here I am now May 21 over 2 weeks later for my period and have NO idea what to do. All my tests so far have come up negative, I need to take one in a few days to check again. I never miss a period, and if I'm ever late it's only a few days. I've been on sites and the symptoms I have are: Sore boobs Bigger boobs Freq. urination Fatigue Cravings (But I always feel like that so who knows) I think I look fatter but who knows. I would just like some other womens input here. Before you ask I am NOT a HS student, I have a job and done with college, I'm just really confused. and Freaked out because none of my friends seem to know what I'm going through or care.

i just recently had a misscarriage about 10 weeks of twin pregnncy. it was hard emotionally. i was having sex through the misscarriage. i had no idea i was misscarriing it was very light light pink on an off not even enough for a pad. any way. i went to go get a utra sound an the misscarriage was in progress. 1 day it was very bad second day got so much lighter then the 3rd day it completely stopped by the afternoon is this normal? i would think not. also ince its stoped we continued having sex we had no problems with pain. my period was supossed to come it did 'SO I THOUGHT' i was spotting on a panty liner.(pee problem when cough or sneeze). an for that day it was only like literally no lie 4 small dime spots. next day same thing went on for 2 days 3 days alittle heavyier enough for 2 small pantiliners that day or at the most 3 but never finished it. 4th day very very light 5th day close to nothing spotting. then it completely stopped 6th day i saw pink /red only when i whiped nothing more. not sure if it is done or is gunna keep going. can somone tell me if this sounds like implantation bleeding? why so long? or is it a period? never have had a period like this befour al reguarly even after my 2 pregnancys. any answers would be great thank you. please message me or comment thank you very much! seeking answers an personal experience. i hope people that are pregnant an or have become pregnant may have experienced this. share with me thank you. an if their is a chance of pregnancy?

Alright, ladies. I am having my third child. It came as a shock at first but we are thrilled not that it has settled! I have two girls ages 11 and almost 3. When I was pregnant for both my kids I was due in fall or summer. This has thrown my maternity clothes off by a few seasons. My winter clothes may do but the summer ones wont. Do any of you fellow pregos know of any good maternity sights where I can get affordable (not paying $50 for a t-shirt that I will only be wearing a few months) maternity clothes. I'm looking for cute, show off the belly but not look like a teeny bopper look. Suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

bcoop- I myself am a full time student. I was due 9 days after finals. I signed up for my classes as usual. I ended up doing one online and the other half online, half on campus. The half & half class I dropped. I had zero motivation to get up & go to school (I also have a BUSY 3y/o son) and was doing ok, but I wanted to do better in the class & knew there was no chance of that under my circumstances. Everyone is different, if you feel like you can commit to your classes, go for it but if you have any doubt, I would take fall off. :) good luck!

bcoop - 279 days ago.
I need a ton of advice from mom to be's... I'm currently still enrolled in college, but i'm not sure whether or not signing up for fall classes is the best for me. I am due December 9, which is the week of finals. My biggest fear is that I will either struggle to keep up towards the end of the semester due to being 8-9 months pregnant and having less motivation. I am also afraid of having the baby during finals and throwing off my entire semester. Just not sure which way to go, but other input would be nice to give some advice if any one else has been in this position. Thanks!

There is a lot of talk about this app..called my babys beat..i though it was spam..but i said what the heck it's just 5$..so..i gave it a try..and it actually worked..:-) the sound was very much clear and i recorded it and sent it to my grandmama..she was so happy..she can't hear all that well..so for it was like a gift..but let me just say..i have a couple of friends that didn't hear nothing..but they are in week 22 and 18..so that could DEF B Y..i'm week 29..

I am currently carrying my sisters and her husbands baby for them via surrogacy! Were trying to win a 3D/4D ultrasound on facebook at Gentle Touch Imaging, LLC: 3D/4D Elective Prenatal Ultrasound in Casper, WY all you have to do is go to your facebook account 'like' this page and write Jenny Marker Pompy on the wall! Please help my sister be able to experiance this pregnancy as she will never know what it feels like to be pregnant or the joy of carrying a baby within her! Please!!

Hi can anyone tell me if their gynae/obstr has ever asked them to omit all dairy from their diet during pregnancy? I'm not hugely overweight, just a 3-4 kilos, but wondering if this is the reason? All pregnancy sites say dairy is a plus in pregnancy. so really confused.

marthashol@gmail.com - 280 days ago.
iPhone app as FETAL MONITOR! Hey girls - my daily recommendation for an iPhone app: An iPhone app that acts as FETAL MONITOR! Truly brilliant - it uses the microphone to pick up the baby's heart beat (just like stethoscope was used by doctors in the past). Simply brilliant! App name: my baby's beat. The "AIRPLANE MODE" is used to stop all transmitting from the iPhone, so no cellular risk to the baby... Have fun :-))

Hello. I am new here. I'm Sonja. I'm going to be 11 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby tomorrow =) I'm a little nervous though right now because I'm not showing at all and I haven't had any nausea in the last week. I hope nothing is wrong. I have an ultrsound on May 25, but not sure I will be able to wait that long!
