Hello I am very new to this site. I am 6 weeks pregnant after 16 months of TTC. I have 2 boys already and all were very smooth pregnancies. This morning I started bleeding, just when I went to pee, but no pain. I went to the EPU and they did an internal scan, this showed the sack but they said it was very small or 6 weeks??? I am sure I have my dates correct. I am still showing as pregnant in the urine test. I have now started to have slow brown blood but not much and now have a few cramps like I am starting my period but nothing servere. The EPU say that its so early to tell for sure and have to return in 2 weeks for another scan!...I am fearing the worst as I have had no morning sickness (which I usually have) and don't even feel tired. I think I will be loosing it slowly and am so upset, I thought it had happened at last for me!

I am 4 weeks 5 days now. Yesterday I started bleeding ...more than just spotting - felt like a normal monthly cycle. Being that is was a saturday - I am waiting till monday morning to call the Dr...I have a strong feeling that this is a miscarriage - but I am hoping that it may be something else. As of sunday night the bleeding has stopped...

Jessiejohn: honestly to tell you, you can never know what to expect during early pregnancy. I had the same problem when I was around 8 weeks. But really don't stress yourself out, that's the last that the baby needs. Sometimes light bleeding could be implantation bleeding or your uterus just being sensitive. If you have bleeding that fills up a pad in an hour or less I would consult your doctor about it right away. I had little mild cramps followed by light bleeding for about a week straight when I was 8 weeks, I was worried also that I might have had another miscarriage. But I was mistaken. My uterus was very sensitive...I'm sure you are going to be okay Hun. If your going to have sex, take it slow... - mom of 1 boy :)

Hi, I am 7 weeks preganant and me and my husband had sex and immediately I started bleeding lightly for 10 min and it stop. I just light pink. I am worried and dont know what to do. Can anyone advice me if this is normal or can it be miscarriage. I spoke to my doctore and he said it can be various things and I should wait for my next us. Please advice

Cutemom. I am 28 wekks and just experienced some light spotting after sex, this is my fourth and ive heard that it is quite normal to spot sometimes after sex or even an exam, so you should be fine...

i had a very heavy bleed at 9 weeks so much it looked a seen from the scary movies for weeks i bleed off and on always a wednesday dnt no y i came to this site for support but no one had my situation my baby heartrate got dwn to 70 bpm at 10 weeks i was sent home to miscarry i thought i had and would need a dnc but at 12 weeks a ultrasound deen my baby wit a heartrate of 184bpm and the bleeding stopped the following week after i was treated for a uti no bleeding since im 23 weeks

Hi cutemum: I am 28 weeks and had that happen last week. It scared me so much, but apparently everything is fine with bubs and the checked cervix and everything all ok. I was told to avoid sex for a few weeks, but like you I am scared and not sure. I am just glad bubs is ok, I guess I will attempt sex but maybe very gently in a few weeks. I know my partner is very nervous as well so he will struggle with it. Hope everything keeps going great for you just try not to stress apparently that is worse for the bubs!

I sign of heavy bleeding but no M/c ..could be subchronic hematoma... That what I had!!!! its when there is a tear from the attachement of the egg and the wall... blood and blood clots were gushing.... I mean gushing out!!! THe pregnancy went fine!!! Appaarently it happens... you just need to rest..... stay off ur feet until the tear heels.... Good Luck ~~

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me. Last week I was 3 months and my fiance and I decided to have intercourse and I started to bleed alot. I panicked and called 911. After getting checked the baby is going great with 146 beats per minute and is moving alot. They said intercourse was the cause of it. I'm really scared to have intercourse again. Should I be worried? Has anyone been through this? Hopefully some can get back to me...

Im having a lot of pink and brown spotting. Its been going on for four days now. Tommorrow I will be going to see my dr. Cause today it got red for just one trip to the restroom I layed down afterward with my legs up. And it stoped and it becoming brown now . I thank borwn is good it's old blood.Nut I don't know whats going on I have two kids and never once bleed with them. But I have had a misscarrage before . But the bleeding came down so fast .It is nothing of what Im having now. So I just hope everything going to be ok . And Im just thanking my period wants to start . I don't know I only 9 weeks 3 days so vary scary

Hi ladies... what i am going through is weird!! my last period was on the 25th of july and i did my hcg on the 19th and it was 560... very high!! on the 20th it was 600 and on the 21 it was 900... when i went to the dr for the first time on the 19th he thought the readings were high and i must have ovulated on day 10.. it may be the case.. anyways on the 20th i started spotting brown discharge and this morning it turned to red.. it is not like a period bleeding but it is bleed.. little bleeding to be accurate,,, i went to his clinic today and again beofre i went i did the hcg level. when he saw me and checked me with an internal ultrasound he didnt see anything at all and then said it seems u are misscarring.. i went home and then he calls me after 2 hours and said.. sorry about what i said earlier but the hcg level doubled and it reached 900.... wait till monday and then do the blood work again then come see me... u might still be pregnant!!! i am freaking out... a little bleeding still. no cramps... i am sooo confused. one minute i am miscarring then i am pregnant!! i hate it... did anyone experince something of the sort??? pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee help me

hi all hopefully someone might be able to help me my last period was on the 26th june my partner n i have had intercourse every day up untill two days ago i have been feeling sick my boobs are sore i have never been late before since i was 11 im now four days late 5 tomorrow and yesterday i started bleeding its a very very very light pink tinge i have a little bit of cramping i took a test last saturday n it was a BFN im not sure whats going on anyone have any ideas i usually bleed alot and for 5 days sorry for TMI

im currently 12weeks preg 2day. I woke up in blood at 8 weeks passed 2 large clots and was gushing blood. the paramedic said i miscarried when they saw all that the blood and clots but U/S said threatened miscarriage w hb of 160. Im still bleeding brown somrtimes pink blood to this day but the doctors keep reassuring me everything is fine. im scared becuase blood is never a good sign :(

Hi all I am 8.5 weeks PG and had 1 episode of bleeding 2 days ago. Went for an early USS thsi morning- baby is fine, but they saw a small 7mm uterine separation. They said it had clotted over and not to worry but now i can not stop worrying. Has anyone else had or heard of this? Any advice? xx

Hello all I went back to the doctor and she found nothing wrong even though I was spotting and had a bit of blood at one point, although she didnt do an ultrasound I go back in two weeks hoping all is well so I can give hope to the group :) Princess Helena sorry for your loss I experienced a similar situation and am pregnant again with wwhat seems to be a healthy but difficult pregnancy if that helps any.

Since i left my last message I started to pass a few clots, I was extremely upset and had a bad feeling about it. Didn't have much further bleeding following this. I had my scan and the baby had not grown past 6 weeks although I was past 10 weeks and still had some pregnancy symptoms. There was no heartbeat. I now have to let nature take its course and I am being rescanned in 2 weeks to check that the contents have been expelled. I have friends that have bled and have had healthy pregnancies but if you do bleed or pass brown discharge you should have a scan to double check. I am devastated but concieved during the first month of trying so I hope to try again soon and have been assured that I will have a scan at 7 weeks.

I know how you all feel when it comes to that spotting, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. My story was that I too is still having brownish spotting, I went to the docs yesterday and they found 2 gestational sacs, scary thing is on this site I was researching why is that I feel really sick to my stomach I have the symptoms of having twins and the gestational sacs are EXACTLY what my husband and I had seen but I won't know for sure til next week if it makes progress, this brown spotting is scaring me and I'm left with ' is it a good thing or a bad thing?' has anyone had brown spotting for days and still carried out a healthy pregnancy? I have been brown spotting since Friday 04/23.

I too have had a small amount of brown discharge over the last few days, was worried so phoned my midwife who booked me in for an early scan tommorrow. I will be 10 weeks and 4 days. Since then I have spotted red blood and feel sick. I am very worried but will have to see what the scan shows. I would contact your doctor again tommorow. I have a friend who spotted freshblood for the entire first trimester and went on to have a healthy baby. Everyone is different though and I understand what your going through. I am sick with worry myself.

Hello everyone, I am really scared at this point hoping someone can help. I started spotting brown yesterday which I have heard can be normal but my last pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, so I went to see the dr, they did an u/s the baby way fine moving around had a heart beat of 175 well last night i started bleeding heavier and it tured to red it only lased about 15 min then it quit. The Dr was closed but when i woke up i was spotting brown again so I called my Dr. back and he said get plenty or rst and come in tomm well the bleeding started again its not as much this time but its red and has been there for about 20 minutes, the dr is closed again but he told me if this happened to watch to make sure I don't pass anything as it could be another miscarriage, but this is different from what happened last time I miscarried anyone have ny advice?

so I thought i was 6 weeks pregnant? However My dates could be wrong... anyways I started bleeding Feb 24th, started out pink and Light, No cramps, well I am still bleeding went in for an ultrasound They told me they seen NOTHING. so they sent me to have blood work done. and then more on sunday and I will have answers on Monday. They said My levels were Low. But we will see whatt they will be when they draw it on sunday.

Will someone please help! I am so close to bursting into tears. I have being going through almost every pregnancy symptom even my stomach is so big and firm even in maternity clothes my stomach is big where it looks like I shoved a whole watermelon there. Suddenly this morning I started bleeding. Does this mean I am not pregnant or does it mean I am miscarrying or something? What could be wrong with me? I don't even know if I am pregnant but getting so big and firm where I am now even feeling pregnant. I didn't want to get my hopes up when people kept syaing I was pregnant but now that I am feeling pregnant then suddenly starting to bleed I am close to crying my eyes out.

It's so sad to see so many people going through the same thing I am. All i do is worry and run to the bath to check. On Jan 19 (10weeks pregnant) i started bleeding a fair amount of red blood and went straight to the hospital and where they found a heart beat of 170 and the baby was moving round. i have 2 more ultrasounds showing the baby is okay! A day after i saw the red blood it turn brown and was told it was old blood and nothing to worry about but there was ALOT and it took over a week to disappear. It was gonefor 2 days and then i had more brown spotting today:( I'll be 12 weeks on tuesday and seeing my ob again on thursday im just praying everything is still okay but this is taking a toll on my nerves.

If your cervix is closed, where can you bleed from? im 31 weeks and my dr doesnt seem as concerned as me.
