I was driving myself crazy thinking about m/c so I ordered a fetal Doppler from storkradio. I got the digital one that can hear as early as 8 weeks. I got it at 9w1d and couldn't pick up the heartbeat but at 9w2d I could. It works pretty well I'd recommend it, for your peice of mind. It's nice not having to wait for your next doctors appointment to know your baby is ok.

My baby's heartbeat was 122 at 6 weeks!!

spudy44 - 632 days ago.
Rose baby THAT IS DEFINATELY YOUR HEART BEAT. I did the same thing freaked myself out, looked on the internet and was so scared, cos it was all bad news, then i saw a lil blog that someone had found their heartbeat. So i searched then found babys. Our heart beats will be 90bpm xxxx

Tiana82 - 644 days ago.
Tried my doppler out today a nice 135 and I will be 10 weeks tomorrow!

thisisme02 - 652 days ago.
Thanks Megs! It really does help that this has happened to someone else!

dee22911 - 655 days ago.
Where did you all purchase your stethescope from? I really need to find me one? I tried to use the doppler but it was not working well and I am 18 weeks!

I went for my transvag u/s 2 days ago thinking i was 8 weeks pregnant but showed at 6 weeks 2 days with a yolk sac and a fetal pole 2.5mm but couldnt see heartbeat, the sono thought she had then located the heartbeat and measured my pulse to rule out the find as coming from me, it was at 43bpm which i can see is extremely low, my doctor said to go back in 2 weeks for another because maybe i was too early, ive searched on here and seen that theres not much hope under 80bpm but i just wondered if anyone has had a similar experience please,i am prepared for the worst but do have hope and the 2 week wait is going to be hard

Hello I am a first time mommy! I just went to me 10 week check up and they tried listening to the heart beat but nothing. She recommended we do an u/s. Has anyone else had this problem and is it normal?

kimswifey26 - 673 days ago.
babys heart rate of 145 woooohoo

mom1973 - 694 days ago.
rosebaby; that is your heartbeat not your babys keep lookinh it will show up and should be above 120

MrsTheLegend - 694 days ago.
My husband bought me a Sononline B Handheld Fetal Heart Rate Doppler with 3mhz probe on Amazon.com for around $65. I could hear the baby's heart beat sometimes at about 9w6d. At 10w3d I could hear it every time. It is not always very accurate at counting the beats but it was well worth the money and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it! (It's FDA approved)

Dree2010 - 747 days ago.
Does anyone know if a fluctuating hb between 150 -175 ok at 25 weeks?

JaneyLou32 - 748 days ago.
I'm 12 weeks tomorrow and i found my baby's heart beat last Tuesday and Thursday but haven't been able to since, no problems to speak of, plenty of nausea still and headaches so do i need to worry or do you think baby's just hiding?

pregnantnprayin - 758 days ago.
Keri what is your cousin hcg levels?

missygirl - 766 days ago.
Had my 6 week scan today and baby is measuring 6 weeks, 3 days, heart beat was 84 and length was 4mm....we are doing another scan next week and he said I have an 80% chance of all being ok even with the low heart rate.....anyone else have a low heart rate at the first scan and everything go ok?

Keri - 768 days ago.
So my cousin went in on Friday for an u/s because of spotting. They told her the baby's heartrate was 175 and she was 6w6d. Then yesterday her flow got heavy and they think she may have lost the baby. It seems so wiered that she would have lost it in one day with that strong of a heartbeat?? Does anyone have any explanations? Do you think this is one of those rare occurances that she was pregnant with twins and has lost one.... and the u/s only picked up one fetus? Anyways, she goes tomorrow for another u/s to see what's going on...
