after ferterliztion how long do you reckon it will take for the egg to get implantion lol. im sooo not handling this 2ww. right now. i only this cause different sites say differnt things etc. and you think it would be pretty fast since you have a 24 hour window for the egg to leave the body or does it not leave the body it just dies. and stays there till you bleed it out. hmmmm i think 7 days after ferterlixing is too long lol. 2day is the last day i ov and i think it came out last night as i was having mean cramps on my right side i get every mth round the 14th day here hoping lol. i get my bfp on the 1st try.

lovemylove-I consider a ghost line a line that's pretty much clear but still there. It could be called an evap line, but I didn't consider this one a evap because it came up within the 5 min time frame after taking it. It didn't really have time to start drying or evaporating yet.

lovemylove - 9 days ago.
Whitty what is a ghost line? What I do see is a line no pink or any color? It looks like when it evaporates and you just see the line. Is that a ghost line?

sarah n liam - 9 days ago.
I think if you wait around a week after the bleeding and test you should get a definate answer one way or another. Of course, everybody is different.

skatrose - 9 days ago.
I came here to ask the same thing as mommydiana. My baby girl is 10 1/2 months and I am taking the mini pill and still nursing. Haven't had any bleeding at all since she was born---but we went on vacation and I forgot my pill for four days (around Valentine's Day). There was some BD-ing after the fact, and I just forgot I hadn't been taking it. About a week ago I had some brown/pink spotting just on the tissue. I am freaking out. My husband is going to deploy again soon. Should I not worry? Or should I test soon? Anyone have a clue?

mommydiana - 9 days ago.
i haven't had a period since my first baby (she's only 6 months) I may have had inplantation bleeding last week starting on the 1st. When should I test?

nikki3kids - 9 days ago.
that dull pain is your egg coming out some women can feel them more than others. if sometimes its on the left them its the left side coming out and so on for the other side. good luck

☆whitty☆ - 9 days ago.
Okay ladies, I took another test to see if it would have the same ghost line and it did. I uploaded a pic of it. This one too came up after 5 mins. The second pic I uploaded shows it way better. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Good afternoon ladies - ok this wait is killing me... On Saturday night I did an hcg injection to induce ovulation. On Monday morning I had an IUI. My question is, does anyone know how many days post IUI you can start testing after having taken the hcg shot??? Any replies on my page would be much appreciated!

☆whitty☆ - 10 days ago.
aston-I get those twinges every month after ovulation. I have no idea what they are either. I thought the first couple time I got them that I had to be preggo but I wasn't so I really don't know.

☆whitty☆ - 10 days ago.
Yea, I didn't O until like the 3rd or 4th so I'm testing early. I'm going to try to wait until sat or sun to test again.

astonandme - 10 days ago.
can anyone tell me or think to why i have a niggling stitch like twinge on my right side and a a dull ache on my right lower back!! the only way to describe it is like a having a mild stitch!!! CD21 of a 29-30 day cycle, so AF due in 10 days??? thanks

proud-mama - 10 days ago.
Hi ladies! Congrats on those of you with BFPs! I'm looking for some opinions here. My OPKs came in the mail late so I was only able to test starting on CD16. It is CD 17 today. I posted pictures of the two I've taken so far. Do you think i ovulated prior because of the faint line getting fainter? I would love your input! My FF chart is in the next picture. Any guesses as to when I might have ovulated? Thanks so much in advance!

1mommyto2 - 10 days ago.
Whitty~ I really dont know. My periods are so messed up. If I ovulated when mymonthlycycles told me I was that means I ovulated March 7th. But I really dont think I did that late, dont see how a hpt would detect pregnancy this early. It also could of been around Feb. 25 which I see more likely. I had EWCM both times.

1mommyto2 - 10 days ago.
Whitty~ LOL, and dont even think about looking at that thing AFTER 10 min. I have found if I keep going back looking later on in the day I start to get confused with the look of the line like if its a evap line or positive. If you doubt it, read it at 10 min. and throw it in the trash and DONT get it out. Try again in the morning.

☆whitty☆ - 10 days ago.
thanks 1mommy! I've got quite a few hpt's left so I'll try again in the morning. That's another thing, I didn't use FMU today. I doubt it would even show yet. How many dpo are you?

☆whitty☆ - 10 days ago.
Well I just went back and check the test to see if I'd get another pink evap line today and now that it's dried a bit I don't see the clear line anymore. Uuugh, I hate these confusing hpt's!! I'm not testing again until the weekend!!! (yea right) lol

1mommyto2 - 10 days ago.
Whitty~ If you got enough tests do one every morning for a few days or at least skip a morning with FMU and compare them. Thats what I am doing. I have mine taped to some paper and I am going to make sure they get darker every few days. Thats why I went to the dollar tree and bought 5 test. And I plan to go back a buy a few more...hubby was in the car waiting for me with the kids so I didnt want to come out with like 10 prenancy test for him to see! LOL, he though I was crazy with the 5! And if you notice yours are getting darker go buy a digital! I know, I dont like paying money for those things. I used to swear by First Response, but then when I got pregnant with my daughter I tried out a dollar tree test and saw them work just as good, actually better than those expensive test. My dollar tree test picked up a positive 4 days before my drs test did.

☆whitty☆ - 10 days ago.
1mommy-I thought so too, but the faint pink one from yesterday didn't come up until waaaay after it was supposed to so I figured it was just a bad test or something. Today the line is clear, I can't even see it unless I turn the test the right way. These are just generic internet cheapie tests that I got online. Kj-I'll buy a digital it I keep getting these but as of now I'm only 8dpo so it's still early and I don't wanna spend that much money on a digital quite yet. Thanks for the info though :-)

reginav99 - 10 days ago.
Good Morning, well I was having severe right pain went to the hospital and found out im not pregnant, and that I have kidney stones. Im very late with my period. Last one was 02/03/2010. I had a tubal reversal on 02/20/2010. I guess im late because of that.....

lovemylove - 10 days ago.
1mommy=Thanks I was scared for a minute. Congrats!! =)

kjcecil06 - 10 days ago.
Whitty~Popping in from week 10. I think you should just take a digital test. They are so much better and you dont have to worry about your eyes playing tricks on you! I took a digital one with this pregnancy and it wa s5 days before my missed period and it same out positive then I took a regular test and it had a faint line. I could barely see it. But I hope you are!!!

*-Mrs.Parker-* - 10 days ago.
okay- thank you for your advice! ill see what happens

1mommyto2 - 10 days ago.
Whitty~ I thought all evap lines were grey or white!? And a faint positive was a line the color of the control line??

1mommyto2 - 10 days ago.
Mrs. Parker, I wouldnt think just taking 2 would throw your cycle off that bad either! MMM...I would either wait a few days and see what happends then take a hpt or call your dr. But if your gut tells you your pregnant than you could be, most of the time our gut feelings are right!
