seans mom when was your DD with your 08/08 baby? Thanks so much for the support ladies. It means a lot. I have not been faithfully taking my vitex. I really should be. I can't swallow pills though and have to break open the capsules and that is the nastiest tasting crap ever! I am gonna try and be good and take it. My doc referred me to a fertility specialist months ago but said it would likely be april before I get in. I haven't heard from them yet. I will keep trying with the vitex I get. Then the first sign of EWCM I am gonna go and try and find those cups.

Tested today and got a BFN :( kinda bummed but i think its still a lil early to test so im not giving up hope...I went on a website from my last AF and it shows that i BD'd on the right days ( of course that was a 28 day cycle ) but according to the calendar i could possibly get a BFP on the 13th...keeping my fingers crossed :) BABY DUST to all you ladies ttc

Seansmom...that is awesome. If u want to you can chart bbt and cervical mucus. Your phases are longer but u definitely ovulate. I saw some charts on mymomthlycycles that were 60 plus days.

seansmom- my mom was told at a young age that she would never have kids, she only had 3 or 4 periods a year... well she had 5 kids in the span of 9years so doctors dont always know what they are talking about.

Its 22:40 in SA....and I'm baking!!! My boy will be 7 tomorrow OMW where did time go. Thank God for my precious boy :D Congrats to the bfp wooo hooo.... I'm 6dpo....so just plodding along lol

Thats good. I havent had any bad side affects since taking the clomid. Ovulation has been a little more painful this time but not too bad. Sometimes women get dizzy, hot flashes etc. Taylorttc, have u had any side affects from clomid?

ya my plan is to go to my dr on the 1st and see what they reccommend...Gonna switch drs though since my last dr said i wasnt able to have kids TWICE...lol...My first she called a miracle baby and then when i came to her again trying to have another baby she sent me to a fertility specialist did tons of bloodwork and tests and tried to get me to take fertility pills but i refused and about 5-6 weeks later showed up in her office pregnant lol...Showed her huh? Ive read about clomid so im gonna talk to my new DR and see if they wanna put me on it :)....

Also i didnt get a period for several months so i took progesterone to bring on AF & then clomid on CD 5-9 for ovulation

My last AF was jan 15th too. Since i have longer cycles i usually start testing with my opks on like CD 12 or 13. I test every day from that point & when the OPKs start to get darker, then i start testing 2 or 3 times a day. I just got my pos OPK 2 days ago so i will probaby start testing with my HPTs around February 17th or so. You might also try tracking your cervical mucous.

Bankerchic - Last AF was Jan 15th .... But It had been almost 6 months since my last one lol ... Ive never used OPK's before...since i dont know when AF is gonna arrive should i use the OPK's like every few days?

seansmom0808 - When was your LMP? I use OPKs so I know for sure (within a few days give or take) when I ovulate. If you don't know when you ovulate it would be hard to know when to test. I bought some Wondfo HPTs from amazon (which are super cheap - they have cheap OPKs too) so I test from around 10 DPO on until AF shows her ugly face.

OK so quick ???...Since i have no idea when i ovulate since my AF only comes like once every 3-4 months...How long after BD should i start testing? Like i said below we started BDing every day since the 30th...When would be a good time to start testing?

Good Luck seansmom0808! I hope your stay here is short. DH and I have been TTC for 10 months. I am on my 2nd round of clomid because I wasn't ovulating. I never thought conceiving again would be this hard....

Hello ladies, Me and the DH are back on the TTC train...I love this website...used it for both my boys...We are praying and hoping for a baby girl...got two little boys already so a baby girl would be the perfect addition to our family...DH and i started doing the BD daily since around the 30th...Im hoping all goes well and quickly...My AF only comes about once every 3-4 months so i cant really track ovulation :( so DH and i just decided to BD everyday ... Im pretty sure its WAY too early to start getting symptoms but omg have i been tired lately...Its all i can do to get up...It just started 2 days ago...Anyways i cant wait to start this journey with all you ladies TTC...Lots of baby dust to all
