Note that you are most fertile around the ovulation, the day your egg is released. This doesn't mean that you aren't fertile on other days! You can get pregnant at any day of your cycle:

Only about 30 percent of women actually have their fertile window entirely within that timespan.

In fact, the researchers found, there is hardly a day in the menstrual cycle during which some women are not potentially fertile. Women in this study were of prime reproductive age (most between 25 and 35) when the menstrual cycles are most regular. The window of fertility should be even more unpredictable for teenagers or for women approaching menopause

I need help ladies....DH and I BD approx. 3-4 after I was supposed to ovulate. I'm now 2 days late for AF w/no sign it's coming. I took a test this am with a BFN. My have slight cramping but no bleeding. Is is possible to get pregnant 4 days after ovulation??

Well I think I may have jumped the gun just a tad...what I thought was AF has GONE! as fast as it came she went again...implantation bleeding??

thanks for your input angelic. im so sorry about af :( i cant help but wonder if af is coming monday. i am pretty bloated and my legs are swollen which is what happens when i start. and i have some twinges in my uterus area. and some back cramps. anything can happen lol

To be honest Mommyryan, I didnt get my BFP untill 14/15DPO with all 3 of my babies, so its possible that its still to early for you..I have my fingers and toes crossed for you.

So today I am 10/11 DPO, I have been having some pretty vivid dreams and I had a bloody nose when blowing it yesterday morning while I was away. The cramping is still there, sometimes its severe, other times its hardly noticable. grr its driving me insane though. Might be time to POAS

i JUST saw this mornings test (it was neg this morning i didnt see a line) and it has a faint positive. they say not to rely on test result after 10 mins but this happened with my son 3 years ago, i was just sooooo early. sooo i am afraid to get my hopes up...i hope i get a bfp tomorrow! oh boy. im so nervous.

Thanks, you guys! - kentsmommy - I'm sorry for your loss as well, but soo glad you're preggo again! I think I'll get the D&C too just to get it over with in one day instead of waiting around for it to happen ( i would think it'd still come spontaneously even with the meds ) and suffering through the pain and seeing things. I just can't wait to get pregnant again. I know it'll help me move on better, although we're being pretty strong. We have one beautiful 13 month old baby girl and want to give her a sibling close in age. I think the next time will be successful because most likely it'll only be 1 baby. Twins would've been nice though =/ ***baby dust to all***

Chatter- I love the TTCAL Forum... anyways... This is 11DPO for me with day 3 of light spotting... I implantation maybe???!!! Test said BFN this morning, but I have not lost all hope! we shall see!!! I am retesting Sunday!

Mommyryan good to hear your son did good. I have been keeping him in prayers since everyone going through any surgery needs it. . . Losing a baby is very hard. We will one day have all our angels back in our arms. I hope everyone finds peace and has a new bub in their belly's soon. Big hugs!

Kristen - Sorry for your losses! I had a missed m/c back in August. I'm now 13 1/2 wks preggers with a healthy baby. I ended up having to have the D&C. It was really physically painless and quick. I had a hard time mentally parting with my baby though. I wish the best for you and good luck healing and TTC.
