Ovulation Calendar

When are you ovulating?

Ovulation Calendar / Pregnancy planner
When are the best days to try for a baby? (Today is Friday, February 17 2012)
First day of your cycle:
Menstrual Cycle in days:

About this ovulation calendar
Enter the first day of your cycle,
the length of your menstrual cycle in days, and
press the `Tell me the dates!` button.
The days given are based on the average. Take plus or minus 3 days to be sure, also make sure you've read the following note.

Note that you are most fertile around the ovulation, the day your egg is released. This doesn't mean that you aren't fertile on other days! You can get pregnant at any day of your cycle:

`Safe` Days In Menstrual Cycle
Guidelines for getting pregnant -- or avoiding pregnancy -- usually assume an average woman is fertile between days 10 and 17 of her menstrual cycle. But researchers at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences have demonstrated what some accidentally pregnant women may have long suspected:

Not safe to assume! Only about 30 percent of women actually have their fertile window entirely within that timespan.

In fact, the researchers found, there is hardly a day in the menstrual cycle during which some women are not potentially fertile. Women in this study were of prime reproductive age (most between 25 and 35) when the menstrual cycles are most regular. The window of fertility should be even more unpredictable for teenagers or for women approaching menopause

kentsmommy - 339 days ago.
Awww, Mfarmer!! I'm not giving up though! It's soooo possible!

mfarmer - 339 days ago.
Kent&&Liz- Nope, I am 8DPO!! Testing soon! But I am kinda feeling like this isnt it... but you never know. I just feel the same... The only thing was a few days ago I was bending over and when I went to stand up its like my lower abdomen was in a knot, and the only other time I felt that was when I was pregnant with Addison and my tummy was growing... so that I found odd, and I am sleepy, but I am always sleepy from working 7 days a week...so I really have no clue what to think... :/ I took an OPK to see how dark the line would be and yea that was a joke there was nothing there, so light you couldnt see but a tiny bit.. So I am prob not pregnant. but Best of luck to everyone else!!

kentsmommy - 339 days ago.
Mommyryan - mine was always white too. I'm not sure about the yellow. But all of the other symptoms are right on. In fact, I told my husband - 'the last time I felt this tired; I was pregnant with Kent'. So that was clearly and early symptom... oh and the smell of his cologne gagged me. Lol! Yay for POAS tomorrow!!! Can't wait to hear a BFP in here!! MFARMER - 5 DPO? I think your 2ww seems as long as mine... and I thought mine was the longest ever. Lol!

Elizabeth7heaven - 339 days ago.
Mommyryan I heard it cld be mine is always white. I never did have a 'dry period' after I Oed either, like I normally would have. Like two or three days before AF I would be really dry. The other things was the taste of food was off even the things I normally loved. I did have to get up and pee once or twice at night, I normally didn't. I smelled things from far away. I also was very tired. . . Sounds like your month to me. Keep us updated.

mommyryan - 339 days ago.
oh yayyyyyy maybe we conceived a girl??? thats dreamy to think about. im about 90 percent sure im el preggo. lol. i feel just gross. my tum is turning and i cant get enough of sleeping. if i could get someone to watch my boys i would sleep alllllll day no joke. and im having trouble eating. i like tuna salad and crackers. and im afraid to eat that because it sounds gross. i hope this isnt all in my head like last month. its like i want to be pg so im hoping im not just looking for things ya know? im getting up in the middle of the night a couple times to pee and its frustrating especially when the 2nd or 3rd time is JUST before the alarm. ugh. i guess i will test tomorrow just for fun. dollar store tests. i will be cd 23/ 9 days dpo .prolly too early but im a pee stick aholic. someone tell me, have you ever had yellow discharge in early pregnancy? it doesnt smell bad but im wearing a bad (because of the yeast infection meds) and i see yellow and by the end of the day the pad is yellow. its a pale yellow. any thoughts mamas? i noticed it before i started the meds for the YI. any input is appreciated lol.

Elizabeth7heaven - 339 days ago.
Mfarmer how many more days? Excited for you :) positive thoughts!

Elizabeth7heaven - 339 days ago.
Mommyryan sounds positive news maybe on the way. Yay! Angelic I am sorry about the docs. I had to switch docs as well. Hope this new doc is alot better for you. Baby dust.

mommyryan - 339 days ago.
will do kents. man im feeling rather rough. lol. NO energy. and thats not very good when u have 2 toddlers!

kentsmommy - 339 days ago.
Hey hey, my niece dreamt that I was preggers and well, here I am! There may be something to it. Mommyryan - My super smelling powers was my first symptom this time around. Good luck! I'd try to test; if you have enough hormones in your system to destroy your taste and smelling senses, then maybe it'll show up on a test. Keep us posted:)

mrscook - 339 days ago.
ANGELIC--Im so sorry to hear that about your rude dr...I go to a group of women drs and they are wonderful--men just don't understand!! Tell him to bite the weeney!!! HA!! Anyway, I wish you were 3 months prego..you'd be up there with me and KENTS!! It will soon happen...hang in there and lots of baby dust to you all!!

mommyryan - 339 days ago.
okie dokie. im convinced that im preggers. my taste buds are way off. tonight , i was eating milk and cookies (bad girl) and when i dipped my cookie in my milk, i kinda cringed, cause it tasted bad, the milk. i got upset because i thought it was spoiled, so i went to the fridge and checked date. march 17th. i asked my hub to taste the milk. he said it tasted fine. then when we were sitting around, i had a cup of sweet tea....it ALSO tasted bad. so i got frustrated. ....but we just bought it sunday. so i had him taste it....again, he said it tasted normal and great. THEN....walked into the kitchen and kept smelling something rancid....couldnt find the smell. so i told my hub. he said yeah its prolly the shrimp tails in the bottom of the trash. i was near gagging. and my sons had gas today and i could smell it on the other side of the room. lol. so.....im cd 21, /7 days dpo. this is gonna be the longest week of my life. i am also having some yellowish discharge. im wearing a pad and can see it plainly. i dont know what is up. maybe its the yeast infection? but i thought it was usually white? i read somewhere sometimes people had yellow discharge in early pregnancy. heres to waiting.......

angelic32 - 339 days ago.
thanks sunflower, I had a dream about 6 weeks ago that I was having triplets...lol...I am only asking for 1, im not greedy.

sunflower-j - 340 days ago.
angelic... believe in dreams. when i was preg with my last 2 i would dream of girls. with one i didnt know what i was having. with my last i was having the dreams before i had my morphology scan and found out i was indeed haveing a miss. dreams always mean something.

hismrs - 340 days ago.
does anyone know how many days past O do you have to be for a blood test?

angelic32 - 340 days ago.
To top my day off my sister just called to say that she had a dream last night that I was pregnant...3 months infact..OH I WISH! wonder if it means I will get pregnant?

angelic32 - 340 days ago.
Things can only improve from here in...a new specialist and hopefully a new baby...hehehe

sunflower-j - 340 days ago.
angelic... i dont blame you for asking to see a different dr. there is nothing worse than feeling like you dr thinking he is above there patients. good job

mommyryan - 340 days ago.
aww angelic what happened? i cant stand rude people especially rude drs. especially when they specialize in care for WOMEN. i mean....if he dislikes his job that much maybe he should quit? im sorry you had a tough time

angelic32 - 340 days ago.
Nothing to update, GYN is an arsehole! He was soo rude to me today so i asked to see someone else on his team. I dont see why I should put up with his attitude. Still not sure what DPO I am, but I think im expecting AF in 8/9ish days, not 100% on that.

mommyryan - 340 days ago.
i ended up having 2 eggs with toast. then proceeded to pass out for 2 more hours. i feel like a zombie im so stinkin tired. and this is after getting 8 hours of sleep, taking an almost 3 hour nap, and then another nap. and btw, i KNOW, this is tmi, but the past 2 days i have yellow discharge.

mfarmer - 340 days ago.
mommyryan- Hope that is a good sign! for a BFP!
