Note that you are most fertile around the ovulation, the day your egg is released. This doesn't mean that you aren't fertile on other days! You can get pregnant at any day of your cycle:

But researchers at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences have demonstrated what some accidentally pregnant women may have long suspected:

Only about 30 percent of women actually have their fertile window entirely within that timespan.

In fact, the researchers found, there is hardly a day in the menstrual cycle during which some women are not potentially fertile. Women in this study were of prime reproductive age (most between 25 and 35) when the menstrual cycles are most regular. The window of fertility should be even more unpredictable for teenagers or for women approaching menopause

Does anyone here have any experience with temping/charting after a miscarriage? I had a D&C on July 29th... was supposed to be 12 weeks, but the baby pased at 10w4d. I am still awaiting my first AF since, and started temping over a week ago. My temps have lowered, but still seem all over. I haven't had any postive OPKs yet, which I know is possible being so soon after. Fertility Friend is where I have been keeping track. ok ladies. Im suppose to start my period monday. My hubby and i have been ttc. I have been crazy tired the last week, and my nipples were tingly, and now my breasts hurt really bad. I was upset to my stomach last night. I wanna take a test sunday morning. Is that to early? I took one thursday and it was negative. FEEFEES- hoping you'll have some good news for all of us very soon!! I am about in my fertile period so we are bding now. hubby is so sweet and attentive about it. I love him for that. :) he loves to light candles and massage my back and just make it lovely & romantic. and then he laughs when I elevate my hips like I do afterward, haha. :)

Thanks FeFe... It was so funny we live in the city Desoto is a suburb of Dallas... well any who a white crane landed in our backyard and stayed there for 2 days... Was it a stork??? Is it a sign... I had a mc about 5 weeks ago, and my doc said to wait till I had one period, well I had brown d/c for about 21/2 wks that I think may have been a light period. So does anyone know if I should start trying or wait for an official period???

hey feefee i seem to be in the same boat you are.. same exact situation. Im going crazy. i feel so jealous when I see other expecting woman around me and as well as i see new mothers. It hurts for some reason. just keep trying im sure we will get pregnant sooner or later!

Hello... I have a question and I am hoping someone can help me....Please! :) The date of my LMP was just August 11 2009....So its telling me that my dates are august 22-25. What I am wondering is...My husband and I had sex at midnight on the 20 21 and 22.....But not yet tonight....What are the odds that I am pregnant right now!? He is so sleepy and sleeping right now....I don't what to bother him......and its just our first month of trying. Thanks!

Hey ladies this is the 3 month trying after my second m/c and I've never had a baby. 1st pregnacny was a pleasant surprise the second was planned and we got it on the first try. Now we've been trying for 2 + months and we can't even seem to get pregnant. I sort of feel like y situation has gone from bad to worse. First we could get pregnant but not stay pregnant, now we can't even seem to get pregnant. I am at my wits end.

Hey everyone, Im TTC. I had my first AF on metformin..lasted 3 days.Aug 13 day 1. Since I never had a AF on my own other than on Birth control. I have no idea when I will ovulate. If this month doesnt work then im put on clomide with the metformin that makes me sick so i guess maybe do the BD every night? TIA

I just came off seasonique last month my doctor put me on it for the endo ( i had horrible mood swings and memory loss etcI had my AF on aug 1 and my DPO 17 and I have been taken ovulation tests since the 5th and still nothing. any suggestions or comments? hubbys1stbaby .. I completely understand what you are going trough.. My hubby and I have had 3 miscarriages and I'm scared to death to try again I don't think I can handle another one..
