i have posted 2 photos and both scan pics look diff they were the same day and i can see another foot and anotha cordand anotha spine some one help please ?

my dr told me yesterday either i was pregnant with twins and one didnt make it or one is hiding behind the other . they can see part of the second sac but cant see enough to see what`s in it . so i have to go back monday for them to tell me and if my dr cant figure out they are sending me to the high risk ultrasound place in 2 mondays .

yh i only see one aswell just the thing in top right hand corner and the right bottom hand corner and above the baby is confusing me and if you look at my other scan photo the babys look diff and thankyou x
