i believe those are her little fingers in between her legs. look, it looks like her thumb there, followed by her fingers. i could VERY easily be wrong, but it would be cute it that was her hand. either way, im pretty sure its a girl

Im no expert but I do have two boys, and with them you see something more like a turtle in between there legs...that looks more like a hand or a cord in between...good luck
