Lisa
I had a friend growing up named Marita and I always liked it. I always wanted to name my first daughter Marita because it combines both my grandmothers' names: Margaret & Rita. But now I'm afraid it sounds too ethnic to go with an Irish last name.

My mom's name is Marita and she is of Irish heritage. Her mother is from Ireland and her first name is Margarita. so in generation it goes My Greatgrandmother Mary, my Grandma Margarita, and my mom is Marita. I am the first to not have an M in my name. Marita in irish i have been told means little mary.
