Teagan is a boys name. Meaning attractive,philosopher,little poet. Derived from the male names Teague and Tadhg (Timothy). My son's name is Teagan and he has four other boys at his school named Teagan.

I have only heard this name on boys including my son. there are three other boys at his school and there is a Dr. where I work who has this name we call him Dr. Teags he is so hot! I have also read a book and the charactors name is Teagan Michael Shane(My Lady's Pleasures) Good book BTW! Teagan means attractive,handsome. It's a Gaelic boys name.
