Added on 2009, 01, 21. We aren`t allowed to paint in our townhouse, so we had to be creative! My husband cut the tree out of wood, and my MIL and I painted it all! Lots of fun!!

I did have a Zanzibar bumper in his crib and a Zanzibar mobile; however, I came in one night to find his head too close for my comfort to the bumper, so he now has a breathable one (not as cute, but I feel better!)..and this mobile is battery operated! (That means I can get a shower while he watches it!)

Added on 2009, 01, 21. I bought these wooden letters and painted them (and attached extra pieces to make them look like animals--i.e. the eyes, nose, and scales on the "J") to go with his Zanzibar theme!

i LOVE it! We're doing some cut outs, too, because our walls are textured and hard to paint on. Thank goodness for hubby's who are good with tools :)

Wow - how fun! I love the cut outs. That tree is just right. Every little person needs a tree to look at. And since it isn't painted on the wall - you can take it if you ever move.
