I am 6 weeks pregnant and all day today I have been having some pains in the bottom right of my stomach. It is kind of an ache and not really like a sharp pain. It has been there almost constantly throughout the whole day and am a bit worried. I have already had a miscarraige and am afraid of another one. Could this be my uterus stretching this early? Help please??

your probably just fine! as long as your not bleeding i wouldnt worry about it. i had cramps (like i was going to start my period) up until like 14 weeks!

Have you been puking a lot? My stomach hurt quite a bit after getting sick.

I’m also 6 weeks and I’ve been having a few aches and pains too but nothing that doesn’t go away. As long as you’re not having period like cramping that doesn’t go away you’re probably fine. Make sure you are hydrated!

Yes ma’am it can be stretching. Implantation doesn’t occur 6 weeks after, its usually in the first 2 – 3 weeks if that long. I STILL get them and I’m 16 weeks pregnant. I had one this morning that was pretty uncomfortable. I call them “growing” pains. You get them ALL over. All normal aches and pains :)

it can be uterine stretching. If it gets worse, I’d let your doctor know about it. My sister had a bout of appendicitis during one of her pregnancies and it got pretty serious. It started off as right lower quadrant abdominal pain.
