Birth defects (Hydrocephalus)
grammyluvu: Hello We just found out that my 18 year old granddaughter was born with hydrocephelis. We were very shocked. She started having headaches, blurred vision and vomiting. We thought she needed glasses. They did surgery on her without the shunt to release the pressure. Had staples removed May 17, 2013. So far everything looks good. Prayers to all with the same problem.

laurieg684: My blood pressure was 149/80 today at my appt and like 134/70 a little while ago. Is this too high or was it maybe nerves? What can happen with high blood pressure during the first trimester?

sarahinoz: Sweeps sound so painful Jennster I don't think I could let them do one unless I was getting very desperate! Thanks Dcinor I hope it all goes well too, I also had a bunch of contractions last night too and horrible strong pelvic pain for ages and this morning it all settle down but I lost some mucous plug which although a bit icky made me really excited because it meant that at least something is happening!!!

mom2be10162013: hello ladies hello week 19 so glad weeks are going by faster I can't wait next week is my anatomy u/s on Friday my husband and I are getting so anxious last time we saw our little one was at 12 weeks looking forward to seeing our little ones growth I must say this little guy or girl has some very powerful kicks already

rayansmama: Callxmexjodi24....I had borderline Preeclempsia with my first but nothing too dangerous...but I have high blood pressure with this one! My blood pressure last night was 146/118. I know high blood pressure affects ur baby's weight but what else? What have u seen first hand...this blood pressure is worrying me because I want everything to be ok with this one too.
